"If you are American bring a converter. The ONLY USB port available in each room is connected to the tv. Which will only work if the tv is on entire night. No hair dryers available. However they will sell you one USB port por almost 30 dollars. Room did not look super clean. However, Breakfast had a good variety. Good deal for price and location. Unlimited breakfast. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was much larger than average, including the bathroom which had a full tub. We enjoyed a delicious authentic Indian dinner in the afternoon. The curtains blocked out 100% of the light, and we heard no sounds from either the street outside nor from in the hallways. We slept on a very comfortable bed for a full 10 hours. Full English breakfast in the morning with bangers, beans, and mushrooms. Definitely...

"I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water. Heathrow assistance came to the hotel and help transfer us to check-in and throughout the airport to our gate. The hotel was not inexpensive, but worth every...

"Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

We had no shampoo in the dispenser, which my wife only realised when she was in the shower. I called reception, who were apologetic and said someone would be along shortly.
