"Breakfast was waffles and frozen biscuits sandwiches! No elevator and it's a 3 story building. Check in is on 2nd floor and you have several stairs to go down to get to front door. Paid for 2 queens and got 2 doubles."

"Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

"WiFi is not available in all the rooms. If you are on one of the end units, their WiFi does not reach that far. It’s an older building, but is well-maintained. If you want to heat up water or coffee in the microwave, bring your own cup."

"We booked this reservation solely for the water slide and kiddie pool, which were both closed when we checked in. Reasoning was out of the staffs control, but it would have been nice if we were notified before check-in (it had been closed since the day before). We also had to request toilet paper immediately after checking in and the bathroom was not clean. We were pretty disappointed in this stay. However, I will say staff was kind and the breakfast was good."

"When we went to have breakfast at 8 there was no eggs and only a couple of sausages. The orange juice was watery. Not impressed with breakfast. We had to ask at the service desk info about breakfast times..."

"They did have forks and spoons in the lobby though. The pool was nice and the hot tub was functional. There were poop stains on the sheets. The TV was miswired so I had to fix it. The doors wouldn't open on the first scan. I had to try 3-4 times because the doors were warped. When I was checking in, the guy in front of me had to get a new room because the bed in the room that he just checked in to was broken. The handle for the shower has to be pulled out of the way to start water flow but...

"Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot."

"Had to wait for staff to come to desk for check in. Airconditioner was loud. Breakfast was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay here again.."
