"the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. "

"Staff thought it was funny to play circus music after 10pm on repeat to find a missing luggage cart. They laughed in my face when I asked what the loud music was. They all made it clear they are only there to collect a paycheck. Doing their jobs looked extra."

"Just an old hotel they slapped some paint and vinyl flooring in but still smells of smoke from decades past. Bed was hard, pillows like nothing. Just a cheap place to lay your head. I’m always reminded when staying somewhere like this that it’s worth spending $30 more to get a completely better experience. "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating."

"The room we recieved was not what we reserved but the gentleman at the front desk tried to resolve the issue. He was sympathic to our situation but they were totally booked and an error was made that could not be fixed. The room was nice just not as big as the one we reserved. The next morning Michelle the GM had agreed to provide us with a partial credit towards the room since it was smaller than the one we reserved. "Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brenda, who was extremely kind and helpful. She checked me in and provided recommendations to the nearby restaurants and have me directions to the venue that I was in town for. My room was clean, spacious and accommodating to my needs. Overall, my visit was pleasant and I would definitely recommend others to this hotel."

"Room was very clean minus under the bathroom sink had black mold underneath it. And only one working elevator which made check out extremely annoying because of the luggage carts and full elevators. Waited 25 mins just to be able to get to the main lobby."
