Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. "We booked here because it’s close to Preston Park where we were going for a 2 day Thai festival. It’s reasonable priced too. It’s under new management and being renovated. We are more than pleased with the service we received. All staff were happy and helpful. The parking is in the hotel grounds and safe. The bar is relaxed and comfortable with good quality draft beer and drinks. The breakfast/restaurant area is well lit and layout is good. The free breakfast is very good quality,freshly cooked...

"Just an overnight stop, but good to find a pet free hotel in the area. For people with serious allergies, these are hard to find. The staff were very attentive from reception to waiter staff who served us in the morning with lovely smiles We both had cooked breakfast..not to be missed..Hold on to that chief"
