Explore fantastic local eateries, arts, museums, entertainment, and plenty of family-friendly attractions. When you want to stay close to home base, relax in the private hot tub or challenge your loved ones to some board games.

Inside you'll find a welcoming air about the place, with plenty of comfortable furniture to rest on. Gather around the fireplace to host a movie night on the large, wall-mounted TV. Hobby chefs will love serving up their loved ones at the dining table and cooking up fantastic meals in the full kitchen, complete with all the cupboard space they'll ever need! Get restful nights of sleep from the day's activities on the soft beds. Dine alfresco on the back patio and watch the Oregon sky light up with millions of stars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely beach house! The yard and flowers/garden are beautiful! The cleanliness of the house was good, but we did find a little bit of trash by the barbecue outside and a small amount of evidence of the people who had stayed previously. The hot tub was wonderful, but had way too high of chemicals when we first got there. Opening it up and airing it out made the difference and we were able to use it the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this property for the Oregon coast! The location is wonderful!

The house is beautiful and very well furnished. The hot tub is as not very warm though. The beach access was easy to find with a great beach. Overall I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful time

Home away from home

Property was decorated adorably! Loved all the furniture and throw blankets! The appliances were all high tech and we loved the coffee maker that grinds beans for each pot of coffee!! The house had a great location for Brookings and the deer seemed to enjoy it too!

Great house

The house was just as advertised. It was well stocked, especially since we were there a month. Great amenities and short distance to a wonderful beach to watch the sunset. Had wonderful evenings, eating dinner by the fire table, relaxing nights in the hot tub and very friendly neighborhood. There is a group of deer who apparently live in the neighborhood and they were fun to watch. Would definitely stay again if back in Brookings.

A Wonderful Vacation

Such an amazing home! Very clean and cozy. We loved everything about it, especially getting to relax in the hot tub and around the table fire pit to eat dinner and play cards. My girlfriend and I both enjoy cooking, and the kitchen was so well supplied, making meals easy! We also love how close it is to the beach and harbor. What a wonderful experience, we will definitely be staying again in the future!

The place is well appointed and is relaxing and homey. It is very clean, with nice furnitures. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The hot tub is a plus after a long day. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

A cozy retreat

The house was immaculate. Our host and hostess thought of every little detail to make our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet walk on the beach collecting rocks and shells. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to enjoy making a home cooked meal.

Location was nice and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, etc. Beds were comfy. Only thing that wasnt communicated to us before we arrived was that the washer wasnt working. We were prepared to wash dirty clothes from our week and didnt have a working washing machine. We did find a laundromat but it was not convenient. Other than that the property was very nice.

Minimal ocean view

The name of the house includes “ocean view.” The photos show an upstairs balcony. From inside the house there is only a peekaboo ocean view. A tiny glimpse between houses. The upstairs is off limits. So no view from up there because you can’t go up there. At the end of our stay we read in the guest book that there is private neighborhood beach access. I would have appreciated more info on the minimal view and view balcony being off limits and info on how to walk to and access the the beach. One of the keypad locks didn’t work and nobody responded to my text for assistance. The house itself was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub.
