1st Floor condo sits on a gorgeous Lake Cumberland. 3-5 minutes walk to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and playground.
Well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch w/lake views and a gas grill. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2-Queen and Bedroom 3-Queen w/twin trundle.

Woodson Bend Resort, sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. The unit is within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground (Restaurant and pool in season only). 135 slip boating dock.

Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties loud music or events.
No open flame candles.
All cooking oil discarded in trash.
NO PETS
Please only use toilet paper.
No flush items: Paper-towels, feminine items, flushable wipes etc.

Our family of 6 had a great time in Woodson Bend in this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the people in the unit above us. It sounded like a herd of elephants stomping on our heads til midnight on Friday and 2 a.m. on Saturday. None of us could sleep and it definitely put a damper on our mood and stay. I’m sure this is not the case all of the time. I mention this just so others will know it is a possibility.

The condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed in an absolute perfect setting. The community is amazing! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had in any VRBO.

Lake view

Very nice well decorated three bedroom unit in Woodson Bend. The bedrooms were small but adequate. Primary bedroom bath shower was really small and if you’re an oldster like I am you really have to be careful in there because it is slippery. We really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and Evenings after getting home from dinner. Just a beautiful view of the lake from there. Close enough that you can walk to the pool if you’d like.

Fall Family Get together

We have atayed at Woodson Bend for many years and in several units. This was my top 2. Everything was perfect. Absolutely loved the back porch in the fall. Love, love, love Espinosa's condos. Ita our third one weve been too. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Great quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay as it wasn't peak season yet and few neighbors. The area was far away enough to have quality quiet time but can get to most grocery stores and shopping in 20 minutes! Will back again for a visit for sure!
