"Overall experience was good. Instructions of where to park was unclear. A picture of the parking area wold have been very helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There were pots,plates etc But no knives, forks or spoons ? Shower screen was off its lower rails and could not fix it. Noise from Asda loading bays was loud but fully expected so not a real issue. Wondered what the ear plugs were for ? We were more than happy with our overnight stay and will be booking again."

"When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed "

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"The Annex is fine for a short break but it needs a bit of updating as it’s looking quite tired in places. Because the bedroom and bathroom are in the eves of a garage the shower is very small and cramped but the shower itself is very powerful and the water is piping hot. The bed is huge and quite comfortable. Arthur was very helpful and answered our questions promptly and keen to share his local knowledge.You have your own private secluded garden with views over the hills. We would also...

"The Shepherds hut was on a farm in a lovely position in a field with no one overlooking but the local livestock.It was nice to have the option of sitting outside and eating. Inside had a 2 ring gas stove which was nice to make a cup of tea and all the cutlery plates etc required.A wood burner for the cold nights too. It was nice to have a toilet inside and the shower and main toilet a short walk away . It was ideal! No frills,worn and clean which the really reasonable price represents in this...

"We had a wonderful weekend at Sandie’s property. The house was fantastic for us all- so much space, with the added extra of a huge garden and the hot tub. The house was well cared and catered for, spacious, clean and Sandie communicated well throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. "
