"From reading the reviews and viewings the photos I had a great feeling about the property and felt it really suited the escape I had in mind. And it surpassed all my expectations. The view and idyllic setting of the property, the cosiness of the cottage and the communication/instructions from the owner and responsiveness was all exceptional. I can see why it has so many returning guests. The guest book was great for tips on where to see the wildlife and where to visit. I can't wait to return....

"A lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size too. There are several uneven, steep steps walking up to the cottage so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unsteady on their feet. The owners left some biscuits and milk on the fridge which was a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future when visiting Whitby."

"I arrived at the Hideaway and was able to park right opposite the entrance to unload. I was pleased to find the accommodation wonderfully clean, compact but extremely well equipped and furnished.
All the equipment was easy to use and the central heating was on with instructions detailing how to use.
As we had a very cold spell with snow it was great to be able to come home to a warm space and to be able to dry wet coats.
The appartment was well situated to access all amenities such as pub, shop...

"Never done a glamping pod before, saw it on line looked good so booked, when we arrived first thing we saw through the gates was how well looked after the grounds were. The pod itself was really clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, would definitely come back. "

"Absolutely lovely stay at this property. We were only there for 1 night but can't reccommend enough. Tea, coffee and biscuits were left in the kitchen for us. TV in the living room was smart TV and there was a TV in both bedrooms. Beds were a tiny bit springy but still comfortable. Shower downstairs is a bit dated but still useable. Incredibly clean though absolutely no complaints on that front. Property manager was in touch and easy to contact. Some might be confused by the parking situation...
