"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable.
The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult.
The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete...

"Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Ausstattung, aber die Kaffeemaschine tat es nicht. Genug Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn es Möbel für den Balkon gegeben hätte.
Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, nicht weit bis zur DLR, würden wir noch einmal buchen."

"Great property, great location! I know some people complain about the train noise, but there’s a door you can close for sound and I sleep with white noise so it was no bother at all. The curtain is essentially blackout which was awesome! Loved having a kitchenette and a washer and dryer onsite. Communicating the time of the early checkin I paid for could have been cleaner but everything else was smooth and easy! Would absolutely stay here again."
