"we found a full fingernail in the bed when we arrived, as well as one of the coffee mugs for us to use dirty. when we brought the fingernail and dirty mug downstairs to tell staff, we were only offered a complimentary fizzy drink. i had to ask to have sheets changed, and they still were not changed ..."

"It was ok and seemed to be very popular with young families. The room was clean. And bed was comfortable so I had a good nights sleep.
