Located at the start of the historic downtown section, front row seats to the longest running 4th of July Parade, and Bristol fireworks! Easy stroll to all historical downtown shops and restaurants, independence park. An exterior shower to wash off your toes from a stroll on the beach. The backside of the house faces the harbor and offers a cozy porch to watch the magnificent sunsets, the sailing boats and activity on the bike path. Come inside and enjoy the front to back fireplaced living room with built in bookshelves, hardwoods and updated windows to enjoy the vista. Spacious kitchen with soapstone island and high-end appliances leads to dining room for easy entertaining. A cozy bedroom and a half bath complete the first level. Upstairs are two generous bedrooms and updated full bath. Partially finished basement offers space for play and a place for laundry and a garage space for one car. Had an amazing stay at the cottage! The host was wonderful and the communication was excellent. The location to the bike path and restaurants was fantastic. The view from the front porch was beautiful and we are looking forward to returning for another stay!

We had an amazing time staying in this VRBO in beautiful Bristol RI. THIS house is BEAUTIFUL! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the coastal design and the breathtaking water views. The home is warm and inviting and it is easy to make yourself at home in this seaside retreat. We enjoyed exploring Bristol, neighboring Warren, and ventured over to Newport Vineyards (all short drives away). But honestly, you never need to leave this lovely home. Our favorite weekend moments were spent making coffee in the pretty kitchen and then lingering on the front porch enjoying the view and visiting with our company. It was so fun to watch the boats go by, to watch the RWU sail team practice, and seagull watch . What a peaceful view. We also hopped on the walking/bike trail and enjoyed long walks on the harbor, popped into local shops and ate at some of the wonderful Bristol eateries. We had a party of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to enjoy, yet we each had our own beautifully decorated rooms for retreating to. We loved this house and our entire stay, and will be back! Thank you Jontay! You are a wonderful host!

Love this house

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. We hope to be back again next summer!

Short Stay in Bristol

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Rhode Island! It provided plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teen daughters and my mother-in-law. The location was amazing; walking distance to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors and about half-way between Providence and Newport where we had planned to do some sight seeing. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved sitting on the porch to enjoy the view and walking along the bike path that is right outside the door. Jontay was a fabulous host! We would definitely stay in this home again!

Week away in Bristol.

One of the best locations in Bristol. Charming home in the downtown easy to get to restaurants and shops. Also right across from the Bristol bike path and was able to enjoy bike rides and see glass hunting. Would stay here again.

Seaside Cottage

This was the most charming cottage we have ever stayed at for one of our mini vacation. The view was spectacular, the house was decorated so cozy with the finest touches, the host was extremely responsive to all our questions. We will certainly be back for a future stay. We had our Daughters Wedding down the road from the cottage, What a great location to everything you need Restaurants, Parks, Beach, everything in walking distends, The bike trail was so fun to ride our bikes everywhere. What a treat! Every detail was on point. Cozy, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The rocking chairs on the back porch made for great people/boat watching. The biking/walking path kept the burning of calories high, making room for all of the delicious food in town. Several places in Bristol were rented this weekend. While all were nice, My choice was voted #1! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your very nicely decorated house with a beautiful view of Bristol harbor. Sitting in the chairs on the lawn sipping a drink was very relaxing. Will definitely come again!

Excellent House On The Water - Highly Recommend

This house was excellent. We came up for the weekend for Brown U festivities. It was perfect for our family - three bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a wonderful kitchen. Best of all, a wonderful view of the water (both from inside the house and from the backporch/yard). We were able to park our rental car. The house was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very helpful and easy to reach/respond as needed. Excellent place!

Graduation Trip

We booked this wonderful property for my daughter’s graduation from Roger Williams University. We loved our time here. It was located close to town, walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The view is beautiful! Coffee on the porch looking at all the boats was a lovely treat. The house is very well stocked with all linens and everything you could need in the kitchen. The house was SPOTLESS! My daughter even commented that the windows sparkled. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room with my daughter and her boyfriend joining us for meals. The owner was very kind, accommodating, and accessible. I would 1000% stay here again.

Charming & Comfy Home in Bristol

The house was perfect for our long weekend visit with our son at RWU. Comfy beds, gorgeous views and short walk to Bristol’s shops and restaurants. Not to mention the host is quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond in getting my mother’s iPad she left behind back to us. Would definitely stay again!

We visited the area to see my parents who live locally and love the location and updated touches on this quaint cottage. The property manager was super engaged offering help as needed. Very clean and nice firm beds. Will go back!

Relaxing weekend away at beautiful waterfront home

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint, pristine, and comfortable home. The water views were spectacular and we were within easy walking distance to a number of great coffee shops & restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and our host made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. Looking forward to returning for another visit!

Girls trip

This is a beautiful home- the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The property is immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home meals- pots/pans, olive oil, basic spices etc. The Wi-Fi is fast and there is a dedicated workspace with a great view (If you have to work!) We loved sitting outside and watching the sunset. The location cannot be beat! It’s walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. The host was very accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend this property!

This place was adorable! The decor was so perfect. The entire place was well equipped, like going to a friend’s home. It is so very clean and I am very particular. The bedrooms are large and comfy. The kitchen is amazing!! The location is perfect. The bike and running path is right across the street. My husband even biked to Providence. The view is lovely, nice place for a sunset cocktail right on the porch. And then a quick walk to many restaurants and shops. The host is amazing and responsive, even though we had no problems, he was willing to help in anyway he could. I am excited to book again!

Extended weekend away

This is a great property and location. The house is spacious with plenty of room and is extremely clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a great bike path right across the street from the house. The communication with the host was exceptional, and the check in and check out process was simple and quick. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, well-stocked home in an excellent location

We enjoyed a restful and rejuvenating extended weekend with friends at this home and would absolutely rent again & recommend the property & host. The location was in easy walking distance to many shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The water view from the back porch was mesmerizing. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything a renter could possibly want. The host went above and beyond and did everything in his power to make our stay comfortable.
