"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. "Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

"After driving seven hours I arrived only to be told by a receptionist with a passing acquaintance with English, that the room was no longer available. Due to the sizeable event I was attending all the other hotels in the area were full, so I drove back the same night. Not quite living up to their mission statement hung on the wall which states they aim to ensure the happiness of all guests."
