"From the second we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. That top-notch customer service is what puts this place on the map. The crew is just genuinely friendly and super helpful, which made check-in and everything else totally painless. The place itself? Gorgeous! And the rooms are spotless! They're super comfy and loaded with everything you could need: a flat-screen TV, solid WiFi, a fridge, and a microwave. Oh, and the free continental breakfast every morning was the best easy way...

"The front desk staff was absolutely A-Maz-ing! Rooms were nicely appropriated, very clean. My only wasn't too big of a fan of was the size of the bathroom. My son was a last minute add on and bathroom just felt small. This would NO way sway me in booking this hotel in a NY minute again! Cleanliness is my priority and it for sure was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! "

"Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend."
