Welcome to the Countryside Carriage House, a peaceful and private retreat just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, this charming 900 sq ft carriage house offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and countryside charm.

Space & Amenities:

• 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families, with a bunk bed that has a full-size bottom and twin top. The living room couch, though not a pull-out, is very comfortable and can accommodate one person. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Full Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools, pots, and dishes you’ll need. The kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, toaster oven, and a full-size coffee maker with a milk steamer for cappuccinos, as well as a Keurig with a coffee bar equipped with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and creamer and sweetener.
• Comfort Amenities: We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing liquid, new dishwashing sponges per guest, a dishwasher with detergent, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup wipes, and laundry detergent. We provide clean linens and towels and free WiFi. We also provide guests with a welcome basket that includes snacks.
• Laundry Closet: A convenient closet houses a full-size washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided, allowing you to take care of laundry needs during your stay.
• Private Entrance & Parking: Your own separate entrance upstairs over a 3-car garage ensures privacy, with dedicated parking for easy access.
• Outdoor Deck: Step out onto the small deck overlooking our serene pool area—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Pool & Gardens:

• Fenced-In Pool: Take a dip in the sparkling pool with a waterfall and fountain, just steps away from your door. Please note the pool is closed from the end of September to mid-April due to cold weather. Timing is weather dependent and TBD based on weather.
• Beautiful Gardens: Surround yourself with lush gardens and landscaping, featuring a butterfly garden and vibrant flowers.

Comfort & Cleanliness:

• We clean to the highest standards, and all furnishings were selected for the utmost comfort. All beds have memory foam toppers and we offer a variety of soft and firm pillows to meet any preference.

What a lovely stay we had! The property is truely beautiful, and we found its location incredibly convenient - just a short 10 min ride to exit with outlet mall, Walmart, and restaurants. A special thank you to Kelly and her family. Very friendly when we saw them out in the yard. Kelly is so knowledgeable and thoughtful to share insight into her passion for creating a pesticide-free, pollinator-friendly environment. I have not seen so many Monarch butterflies in one place for a long time. Made my heart sing! We will be visiting this peaceful paradise again!!

Amazing Place

We were looking for a local pool house that we could spend a weekend with the kids. We found this great little paradise with a gorgeous pool. The landscaping is amazing with gorgeous flowers and and colors. The pool is very pretty with a deep blue bottom that just pops. The place itself has a couple of rooms and a bathroom and is very clean. There is only one TV in the living room so plan for that. The AC struggles with GA heat but that's understandable. There is a steep stairway to get to it but it was worth it. Loved it, definitely going back.

Nice private getaway

Me and my family stayed here for a 2 day getaway and we absolutely loved it! So nice, peaceful and private! We also loved the pool! Although the owners house is connected, Kelly and Todd give you all the privacy you need! Would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful and quiet

I stayed for a 6 week school and was very impressed with the property. Is beautiful and quiet with plenty of room to stretch your legs, which was absolutely perfect for me and my services dog.

Southern Hospitality

Wow, I cannot say enough incredible things about our stay! Unfortunately, our trip was interrupted with hurricane helene but we felt extremely safe waiting it out at the house and our hosts were so thoughtful and responsive, it felt like a 5 star accommodation! The entire property was so peaceful that it was the perfect escape for our family!

We loved staying at this property overnight while being in town for our children’s FFA Event. The space was welcoming, clean and exactly what we needed for a quick recharge. We come to the Commerce area about 4-6 times a year & look forward to staying here again soon.

Wonderful place to stay

This place is a little hidden gem! It's in the country . It was very clean and the pool was beautiful! The host we're awesome.!.. they were very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay more comfortable! It was perfect for our family to stay! If your older the steps going to it might be tuff but other than that it's perfect!
