"Got they at 2.20 rang the ring doorbell no one answered nobody was there at all to say what was happening, when I booked I thought it was a room at a pub the woolpack going by the name and the the picture in the end I at find a alternate logging "

"Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies."

"Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone...

"Appartment was presented very well . Very clean everything we needed was provided in apartment. Host helped locate parking within 5mins walk from accommodation and was only £3 for 24hrs . Apartment very close to everything has to offer we were at a concert at the piece hall and it was very walkablebwith plenty bars and restaurants enroute . Will definitely use again next year when we are visiting Halifax"

"Thought I was booked into an apartment in the town centre but was actually in a residential area out of town. Poorly communicated the actual location. Property was extremely difficult to locate. Claimed their was a keypad for door, there was not. Ended up abandoning the booking and going else where."

"We had a fabulous long weekend at The Vestry celebrating my dad's 80th. The house was an excellent size to accommodate all the family (10 of us), with the living area being a great size for our celebrations, and relaxing. The hot tub was a welcome addition and was well used throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs whilst there. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the various bedrooms, not a problem for most, but my parents had to use the first floor bedroom....
