Waterfront Home on Long Lake

Come Experience one of Maine's most popular lakes! Beautifully renovated, lake-front two-story house in Bridgton, ME., on Long Lake. This comfortable and welcoming home is available for year-round vacation rental and is situated on a private dead-end road with a large yard and steps away from the water. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, skiing, snowmobiling and relaxing with friends and family on our private dock. This lake house is perfect for small & large families; featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a finished basement that we like to call The Kid Zone! Plenty of space for all and comfortably sleeps 11 people. (Max amount of guests is 11, No parties, minimum 7 day rental.)

The main living space has cathedral ceilings, huge windows with plenty of sunlight, and a relaxing view of Long Lake. A cozy living room with plenty of seating for all with a large smart TV over the fireplace. Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the rocking, swivel chairs while watching the sunrise. The dining area seats 9 people comfortably with an additional two chairs right at the bar. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook the perfect meal should you want to stay in for the night. Right off the Living room & Kitchen, you will find three guest rooms each with its own king-size bed, dresser, smart tv and views of Long Lake. There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fully finished basement "Kid Zone" has two sections. The sleeping section where you will find three twin beds and one bunk bed and then the entertainment area where you will find a large sectional couch, smart TV, books and games and puzzles. Down the hall, a washer and dryer is available because who wants to go home to do laundry? And lastly, there is another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Every room of the house has a view of Long Lake and each level has direct access to the outdoors where you are sure to have some fun in the sun. Enjoy spending time with the family down on the dock where you can swim, float or kayak. Have a boat? Launch it a few hundred yards down the road at the public boat launch and enjoy a day out on the water. Enjoy the spacious front lawn for yard games during the day and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard at night while roasting marshmallows. **Water levels can be high or low pending time of year. Use caution when bringing your boat into the dock.
