We had a wonderful week a lovely home that fit our family just perfectly. The pool in the backyard was a hit for adult kids and grandkids! The kitchen was well stocked and the availability of beach items in the garage was helpful. The host stayed in contact and was very attentive.

Comfortable fun hospitality home

5 bedrooms were enjoyed by 7 adults in the comfortable, relaxing escape to Cape Cod. We enjoyed the heated pool in September, and nights outside by the gas firepit. Convenient location.

A great retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was perfect. Shixin was very responsive to any questions. The Brewster beaches are great for kids and well-situated for trips to other parts of the Cape.

Wonderful stay in Brewster

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised: clean and updated with lots of beds. The kids made good use of the heated pool and game room. It’s centrally located to Brewster and Orleans beaches, the rail trail and Nickerson park.

Relaxing and luxurious

We all enjoyed our stay , plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities and supplies. The heated pool was incredible and a massive hit with the family. Look no further if you want a fully stocked house with it all!

Girls Getaway Weekend

This home was perfect for a girls' weekend! The property had everything we needed, and the host was incredibly communicative from the time we booked. The location was ideal to be able to visit many of the towns both north and south of Brewster. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay

The house is absolutely lovely and tastefully decorated with a charming coastal theme. It’s impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, just as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool—the water was crystal clear and inviting. Fantastic place!

We just loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful home. Especially the kitchen as we stayed in for eating and it has everything we needed and the space for us to prepare some big meals. We like to cook so this was important to us! Lots of room for us as everyone got a good sized bedroom. Nice getaway place. Will return next year!

Wonderful stay in Brewster

This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect property for our family of 11. Surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Check-in was flawless. You could tell the house has been recently renovated. Indoor and outdoor dining tables were great and easily accommodated all of us. The game room and pool were wonderful add-ons. Host was very quick to respond to questions. A wonderful property for large groups.

Had a great time staying here.

We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The Property was very comfortable to live and completely as advertised. The Host was responsive and courteous. My family (total of 8) stayed the first week and my college friends (total of 7) stayed the second. Both enjoyed the property tremendously. I would definitely rent there again in the future.

This was our first time on the Cape, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The house was the perfect setup for our family - a couple with a baby, grandparents, and parents with tweens. Nice to have three full bathrooms, a large dining table, and spacious family room. House was tastefully decorated and the upgraded bathrooms were nice. Air conditioning worked well and was crucial on some hot days. Pool was clean and a treat for all, and we enjoyed the fire pit too. It was great to have beach gear and toys provided, and loved the local beaches at low tide. Game room was fun for an indoor break - especially the ping pong table. The neighborhood was peaceful and house centrally located for our adventures. I recognize homes can become a bit ‘loved’ with rental life - the decking around the pool is worn since the photos, with multiple boards a little loose or popping up. The outside table needs to be replaced, as the finish is completely gone. The indoor flooring has sections with missing finish, especially in the kitchen. And to note, the en suite bathroom is very small - one person only with no counter space. Also the closet is locked in this bedroom so needed to use a hall closet to hang clothes. Overall for what mattered most - a good space to share time and make memories - this house delivered. It was a pleasure to stay and hope the recent perspective is helpful.

Family vacation

The rooms are much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The kitchen had no cabinets available to store food for the week. We had problems with the bath tub draining and the wood deck was rotting. The owner was very responsive to the problems but they should have been fixed prior to our arrival

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great house for our family. The kids liked the downstairs. The pool was great for after the beach. It worked for all our needs.

Brewster’22

Enjoyed a great week at Kailin’s Escape. Shixin, our host, was extraordinarily responsive, providing all the info we needed. The house was just right for our family- and the large deck and yard- but especially the pool-was a huge hit with everyone !

Great location!

Very clean space with plenty of room. Pool is great and the kids enjoyed their pool time! Close access to restaurants, shops etc. A very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location and accommodations

This vacation property is exactly as described. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. The yard is nice and pool an added bonus. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Garage comes in very handy to store beach things and bikes. My entire family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fabulous stay in Brewster!

We loved our stay in Brewster! I stayed there a few years ago and the house has been completely renovated and we didn’t even recognized it. The heated pool is definitely our highlight and the game room is so much fun for the entire family. We love the location which is so near to everything. The beaches and Nickerson park are both very close. Can’t wait to come back!
