Inside Twin Creeks Lodge's 3500 sq. ft. cabin-style haven, enjoy a spacious living area and the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or ignite a family billiards tournament after a nightcap from the wet bar. A fully equipped kitchen makes at-home meals a breeze.

Twin Creeks Lodge's secluded location boasts ample privacy and sets the scene for the ultimate relaxing retreat. Outside, enjoy the fresh air and serenity on the wrap-around covered patio, screened-in porch, or while soaking in the hot tub on the walk-out lower level. The expansive front yard is great for kids or pets to play in, and the sweeping meadow, where the two gentle creeks come together, is a nature lover and stargazer's dream. Slumber in comfort across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor, the primary bedroom boasts a California king bed. Downstairs, two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. The upstairs loft boasts space for 6 more twin beds. Any two twin beds can be easily converted to a king if requested before your stay.

- Any 2 twin beds can be converted to king beds if requested before your stay.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to a fee of $30 per pet (refundable after your stay). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
- No hunting or discharging of any firearms is permitted on the property.
- Twin Creeks Lodge is located on a large lot. Out of sight, is a private residence. Please be respectful and do not disturb that residence.
- ATVs are not permitted on the property.
- Firewood is not supplied. Please buy locally.

- Paved driveway with parking area for up to 5 cars. On-site electric vehicle charger included.
- No vehicles larger than a UPS delivery truck can fit in the driveway. No buses or larger vehicles allowed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Beautiful property, large enough to house my entire family traveling for my son’s graduation at Brevard College. We loved the screen porch with the swing. Private and peaceful location.

Good location, Easy check in process and everyone loved the game room but the listing says 4 bedrooms and it’s really two private bedrooms and open areas with beds for other guest. We had a good time and no major issues. The bathroom and kitchen need some updating. The price is now half of what we paid for the same time period which is more in line with what we saw. It is a good value at the current pricing. It’s a beautiful place in a good location just needs some updating.

Well equipped kitchen. As anyone who has stayed at multiple cabins can attest a comfortable bed can make the difference between and good stay and a bad stay. Very comfortable master bed. Spacious and well thought out amenities. Only downside is the driveway to the cabin is a shared driveway and the neighbors are the curious sort. As an aside to the owners there is a carpenter bee problem.

This house is lovely! We loved how secluded and peaceful it was and the rain on the tin roof was perfect. Everything in the home was clean and we were provided with everything a group would need (extra tables, chairs, towels, etc.) They have a pest control person come out every month so we didn’t see too many critters despite its rural location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for multiple families. The downstairs living area and 2 joint sleeping areas were very comfy and quiet. Couldn't even hear excited kids playing on the next level up. Spacious hang out areas were great. Pictures made me think cabin would be in a field, but it was actually nestled in beautiful wooded mountain landscape. Great location for hiking to waterfalls. We hope to stay here again.

Highly impressed with this cabin. If you are wanting a good getaway with your family or loved ones this is the place! Everything we needed & more. Really reasonably priced also! None of us wanted to leave. Definitely will book again in the future. Hoping to become regular visitors of this cabin! Plus the departure process was super easy.

Property had everything you’d need for a long weekend with friends. Loved how stocked the kitchen was with utensils. Get a big group together and either chill at the cabin all day playing pool and lounging in the hot tub, or there are dozens of hikes, river activities, and golfing within an hour of the property

This property was well-kept, spacious, and large enough to explore. We have family of 5, plus our dog, and we all could spread our and have our own space during our stay. Full kitchen and grill allowed me to cook all our meals with ease. We used the fire pit outside and the hot tub was a hit. I walked up and down the drive for my morning cardio and it was a good workout. We would definitely choose this place again.

I’m not a writer, but this was the perfect stay! Tons of room to spread out and the bedrooms are in 3 separate areas. Loved the hot tub and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. Within 30 minutes of gorgeous waterfall hiking. Everything was absolutely as expected and better!

This home was beautiful. The long twisting ride up that mountain was much better than I was worried it’d be. The drive way had a small sharp turn that was a lil scary in my big F150, but we got through there fine. The house had more than enough room for all 10 of us. The pool table, hot tub, fireplace and fire pit outside were very much enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

We were looking for an escape from "regular" life by spreading out, slowing down, & playing together. We are temporarily living in a small house in Asheville where the kids have to share a room & there is only one bathroom for four humans. We all wanted space to spin around and not touch anybody! So we did that, and then we gathered in the hot tub and at the kitchen table for games and laughs.

This property was easy to rent-it was the size we needed. Well built cabin. Our house is undergoing an unscheduled renovation so having a working kitchen was really great over Christmas. We lost power on Christmas Day but we’re able to stay warm bc of the fireplace. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. And they had plenty of towels!
