Living among the olive trees, away from traffic, see the bedroom window the peaks of Monte Baldo and from the living room deep blue of Lake Garda, outdoor dining with the sun setting between the mountains and dye lake magnificent colors. The comfortable and familiar environment of an apartment full of personality, color and good taste.
Located 250 meters from Lake Garda and in a high position, the apartment enjoys an enviable view, which embraces the entire Lake Garda, between Limone and Sirmione.
The residence has free entry pool with garden of olives to enjoy deserved moments of sun and relaxation.
Public parking adjacent to the residence (ticket compulsory) and underground private garage (h max 2. 10m).
The apartment is on the first floor and has two balconies, which overlook either towards the lake and towards the mountains. Included on the balcony a small table with chairs and an electric awning. And 'it presents an air conditioner in the living room.
The fully-equipped apartment consists of a living room (with sofa, two armchairs, TV), a dining area (with table and chairs), a kitchen (with a stove, dishes, pots and pans, and a German or Italian coffee machine) , bathroom (with toilet, sink, bidet, shower and washing machine), a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a double bunk bed.

Schöne Wohnung im spätsommerlichen Assenza

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Jacopo in Assenza. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und auch zum Kochen gut ausgestattet. Die Wege in den Ort sind gut zu Fuß zu machen. Man kann schön am See entlangspazieren und einige Nachbarorte auch so gut erreichen. Alles ist eigentlich wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Jacopo war sehr gut, er hat hilfreiche Infos gegeben, und war auch immer für uns zu erreichen. Enttäuscht waren wir allerdings, dass der Pool nicht mehr in Betrieb war, wir hatten die Fewo auch deshalb gebucht. Jacopo war wohl selbst darüber überrascht. Allerdings wurde das Wetter dann auch schlechter, und der Pool hat uns zum Ende unserer Ferien nicht mehr so gefehlt.

The place was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The place was really well kitted out and we had everything we really needed. The pool was a major bonus for us and ideal for the kids to play in the 30+deg. heat. Garage was great and actually very easy to access even with quite a big car (Volvo V90).Jacopi and family were incredibly helpful and kind. We would recommend highly.

Beautiful view and a lovely flat

We had a great week in the flat. One small problem with the hot water which the host helped us sort out with a very accurate description of how to solve it. As other reviews had mentioned the lack of a kettle, we just brought our own. The flat has everything else you need. Beautiful location and the walk up to the flat from town will keep you fit, but it’s doable - even several times a day 😊 We can highly recommend this place.

Danke für einen fantastischen Urlaub!

Wir waren drei Erwachsene und es gab genug Platz für alle, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte, nur der Wasserkocher fehlte. Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon, sauberer Pool, angenehme Stille. Ein steiler Abstieg führt zum Wasser, wer Schwierigkeiten beim Aufstieg hat, kann das Auto nutzen und direkt am See parken. Jacopo ist sehr hübscher, freundlicher Gastgeber, wir werden Gardasee vermissen.

Erholung pur!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer traumhaften Lage! Für eine 4-köpfige Familie perfekt. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht die modernste, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Man hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden :) Der Ausblick auf dem Balkon ist einfach nur gigantisch! Man hat genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, das macht ein Frühstück oder Abendessen auf dem Balkon perfekt. Ein Plus ist natürlich auch der vorhandene Pool, der sehr gerne genutzt wurde. Auch der Garten an sich war sehr schön bepflanzt. Für das Auto gibt's eine eigene Garage, das ist zwar gut, nur leider etwas eng. Dafür kommt man aber gleich hinten rum ins Haus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 1 Minute an der Hauptstraße, und doch hört man den Verkehr von der Unterkunft aus kaum. Das fanden wir besonders toll, denn wir waren viel mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten somit schnell und zügig andere Orte erkunden. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt und kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub mit Panoramablick

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert: Sauber, zweckmäßig und funktional eingerichtet, mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse über weite Teile des nördlichen Gardasees und einer Tiefgarage, in der unser Alhambra so grade hinein gepasst hat. Einzig der steile Anstieg beim morgendlichen Brötchenholen könnte für Lauffaule mein Minuspunkt sein.

Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir verbrachten im August einen zweiwöchigen, erholsamen Urlaub mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie in Brenzone. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht modern aber praktisch und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist unkompliziert. Auf Anfragen und Probleme wird sofort reagiert. Der Blick vom Balkon über den Gardasee ist wirklich toll. Zu Fuß muss man zum See allerdings einen kurzen aber recht steilen Marsch einplanen.

FeWo mit Pool und toller Aussicht

50 m oberhalb des Gardasees gelegen, bietet die FeWo inmitten einer privaten Wohnanlage einen tollen Panoramablick auf den Gardasee. Ein 15m-Pool mit schöner Liegewiese, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, sorgt neben dem Baden im Gardasee für die nötige Abkühlung. Die FeWo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen (notfalls auch 5). Das Inventar könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Vermieter steht bei Schlüsselübergabe und später telefonisch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Problemloses Handling. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in alle Richtungen gelegen. Alles sehr sauber und einen traumhaften Blick auf dem See. Der Vermieter war zudem sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Traumhafter Blick über den See

Traumhafter Urlaub am Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick über den See unglaublich schön. Bei Tag und auch Abends ist es herrlich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Blick zu genießen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und kaum besucht, der Garten mit den Bäumen lädt zum Besuch ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great apartment, incredible views

We had a wonderful week with our 3 children. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and the gardens were beautiful. The highlight was the balcony with the most incredible views that changed constantly with the weather and time of day. We would sit for hours watching the panorama of the lake before us. It is a great location, a few minutes walk from the lake with lovely villages within walking distance and beaches to swim from. It is a short drive to Malcesine and around half an hour to Riva del Garda. A wonderful holiday, we hope to return.

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gepflegt und kaum besucht, so dass man herrlich entspannen kann. Der Blick über den See ist einfach toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!
