"On arrival I was told that as I’d requested a quiet room I’d been given a free upgrade from a single to a double - but I had actually booked and paid for a double. The room was clean but one curtain was part hanging off the rail which was a little annoying. When I returned to my room the second night - housekeeping had changed the bath mat and replaced one of the mugs but the other was still sat with milk and a spoon in it."

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! "

"2 girls outside our room being loud at 11pm was not very respectful and after a long day we just wanted to sleep. Luckily enough they moved on after a few minutes of hearing a door open. Room was big with decent amenities. Parking was good but don’t think having to pay £2.50 was necessary. There’s a restaurant onsite but don’t offer a proper breakfast which was disappointing. The tuna breakfast toasty was ok but not something you normally eat then. The bathroom needed a good clean. Unfortunately...

"Un disastro. La camera era si grande, ma polverosa e sporca. Come sporco era tutto l'hotel. Per non parlare del quartiere. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Al personale dell'hotel poi pare dare solo fastidio. A disaster. The room was large, but dusty and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Not to mention the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff seemed annoyed by us. Un desastre. La habitación era grande, pero polvorienta y sucia. Todo el hotel estaba sucio. Por no hablar...

"The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad"

"Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."
