The interior of the “siem” Sky Apartment is a thoughtfully designed space where architecture comes to life. The design is characterized by gentle curves and a clean, flowing aesthetic. The entire interior was crafted by local carpenters, with every detail reflecting the harmonious concept of clarity and tranquility.

Living, Cooking, and Enjoying

The open-concept living and dining area forms the light-filled heart of the apartment, where the different zones blend seamlessly into one another. From here, you have direct access to the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers an impressive view of the Dreisesselberg, as well as to the private rooftop terrace. The elegantly integrated kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities (dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster). The spacious wooden table right by the window invites you to linger. The spacious, cozy couch with soft blankets and reading lights provides a comfortable retreat.

Bedroom: Floating Toward the View

The most remarkable feature is the “floating bed.” At a height of twelve meters, you’ll experience an almost seamless transition to the glass walls, allowing you to enjoy a sweeping, unparalleled view of the surrounding valley right from your bed. The room is entirely dedicated to relaxation: subdued colors, flowing shapes, and plenty of hidden storage space create a serene atmosphere. A television was deliberately omitted to focus on the silence and the view of nature.

Bathroom: A high-contrast retreat

While the apartment as a whole exudes clarity, the bathroom is designed as a glamorous space for indulgence. This room plays with elegant contrasts: golden accents are gently highlighted by deep, dark colors. The private sauna and soothing wall-mounted heating ensure your well-being. The bathtub is not located here, but rather on the rooftop terrace for an exclusive outdoor bathing experience

The floor-to-ceiling window and the outdoor area frame the impressive view of the Dreisesselberg and the entire Rastbüchl Valley, which stretches across the property’s own flower meadow and orchard. High-quality lounge chairs and cozy seating invite you to linger and sunbathe.

The Estate: 10 hectares of relaxation

The Edlgütl opens its gates to its expansive natural surroundings. The estate covers 10 hectares of flower meadows and orchard meadows, as well as a small forest with a babbling brook. In addition to private moments on the rooftop terrace, you’ll find spacious sunbathing areas and idyllic outdoor seating right by the water. The entire property offers spaces for tranquility, exercise, and complete harmony. For social evenings outdoors, you can use the communal areas with a grill and fire pit.
