There is a 5 night minimum booking required over any weekend with some exceptions. Please ask.

If you cancel during "normal" times, at any time, for any reason and, if we can re-book, you can also get up to a full refund. This has worked very well in the past as long if we have sufficient time to advertise.

You cannot get any closer to the lift! True Ski-in/out. Amazing Views of the Mountains and Slopes
Prices and night minimums are not cast in stone. Please ask first before trying to book.

Summer rentals--May through Oct are minimum 5 months.

The kitchen and baths were updated. All stainless appliances and granite counters. We installed a new huge picture window in the kitchen so you can see all the activity at the lift, slopes, ski school, halfpipe, competitions, and mountains.

This is a strictly NO SMOKING, NO PET condo

Walk out your private front door overlooking the lift and slopes, strap on your boards and you are on THE Rocky Mountain Super Chair.

Take the Gondola up the hill or down into the town center for shopping.

The Imperial Express lift is right there. Highest Lift in North America. Amazing Views of the Mountains and Slopes.

Clean, updated unit-fully equipped sleeps up to 8 with four queen beds and a sofa sleeper. AND BRAND NEW MATTRESSES THROUGHOUT!!

No smoking, no pets, please.

Garage parking for 2 cars. You are on the main floor--no elevators to ride-no walking.

You are 2 minutes by car to the town center where all the restaurants, shopping, and activities are. Drive, walk, or take the trolley.

There are two community hot tubs and Gas BBQ which overlook the lift and slopes.

Ski schools and children's center are right there. Restaurants next door. In summer visit the Alpine slide, miniature golf, biking, hiking, bungee, and other activities.

3 night minimum with exceptions if there is a time slot. 5 night minimum peak season if the booking is over a weekend--with exceptions. Always ask.

Rates and minimum nights are not cast in stone. We can be very flexible based on if you can take a slot between 2 other bookings, take more nights, and last-minute leftovers.

deal Family Snowboarding Trip at Peak 8

Our week in Breckenridge was unforgettable, and this condo was a huge part of what made it so special. I stayed here with my three "big" kids, and the location couldn’t have been better — right at the base of Peak 8! The kids were thrilled to be able to ski out directly to the lifts each morning, which made getting on the mountain effortless and exciting every day.The condo itself was warm, clean, and perfectly set up for a family. Plenty of space to relax, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great mountain views. After a full day of snowboarding, coming back to the cozy fireplace and hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.The owner was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful — super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us from check-in to check-out.This trip was full of great memories for me and my kids, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this property for any family looking for unbeatable slope access and a welcoming, stress-free stay.

Fantastic place! Super convenient and a great trip!

We had a great trip and loved our stay at this true ski in and ski out property at the base of peak 8. The unit was clean and well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Covered parking was also a big plus. As expected it couldn’t have been easier to get to the slopes each morning. Looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful stay in Breck

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rental. The views were amazing! The unit was quiet, charming, clean, and had everything we needed. Plus the ski in/ ski out at peak 8 base was perfect!

Great location

Location to watch grandson ski was awesome! And ease for them to ski in and out was almost perfect. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware and tableware for everyone. Was the ideal location !!

Incredible view, fantastic skiing

This was an ideally located condo right on the slopes. We enjoyed looking right out the kitchen window at the snow and skiing. It was so easy to stop in for lunch and a little rest before hitting the slopes again. Brenda is a great communicator.

As advertised. Communication with host was great. Very clean and well kept. Ski in/Ski out was perfect. Its an older building, so tends to be a bit hot inside, but thats the only negative I can give. Would return for sure.

The location is great. The bed rooms and baths are tight. We originally thought 2 families could share this unit but it would be really tight. Luckily it ended up just being the 4 of us and it worked out perfectly.

Best location!

I have been completely spoiled to stay anywhere else. Easy check-in, beautiful large place with a gorgeous view, ski lockers one floor down that go right out to the hill and three l if t s right there.

Ski in/ ski out but that’s all

The ski watch condominiums are located right on the slopes. In that regard, it is very nice to stay so close for skiing. Other than that , the condo was lackluster, needed repair, maintenance and upgrades. The mattresses were awful. There are four full mattresses, and so therefore it was very difficult to sleep more than one person in a bed. They are also very uncomfortable and old. The general maintenance of the building also needed attention. The entire ceiling of the lobby collapsed during our stay. It is difficult to figure out how to get down to the base of the mountain: one either needs to hike down a ski run or walk the long road down. Lack of walkways, etc. The hot tubs also are old. The entire property is in need of desperate updates. Sad when overlooking the Grand Colorado! I hardly ever write reviews , let alone negative ones, but felt for the price point, others should know the level of property and what to expect. In summary, there were TVs, a functional kitchen that had a lot of plates, etc., and good areas to store ski equipment, but in general, the quality was low.

Spring Break 2024

Everything was great! The condo is fully stocked with all kitchen needs. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The view from this condo is top notch! You can see all the action of the lifts and skiers! We will be back!

Wonderful location and even better owner! I could watch my kids at the ski school from the kitchen window. This is the best place for the money that is for sure. We will be back soon!

Little things could make a big difference

To begin with, the location was phenomenal. I was very pleased with that and happily gave it 5 stars for location. However, I sent two messages to the property manager that were never answered. Simple questions that would have required a quick reply. The condo is very dated. The bedding was very old and dirty. There were no wash rags left at all. For a unit that sleeps 8, there were only 5 spoons available. Two of those spoons were large mouth spoons as well. This was disappointing because we had planned cereal for breakfast and a soup night. There were no pizza pans or cookie sheets. The carpets were dirty and the vacuum cleaner had zero suction. The bedroom televisions did not have remotes that operated the TV's. Since the slopes close at 4, it would be nice to have cards or games available for families to play. Simple TLC could really make a huge difference.
