It has a beautiful view of Peak 9 from the living room, and of Baldy Mountain from the primary suite and guest bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and bright, sunny windows. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a fully enclosed loft that is furnished with two beds and a bunk bed. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and a TV with a DVD player. Building 1 is the closest building to town and during the winter has the Christy Sports ski rental shop right on the first floor.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
