Welcome to your ideal mountain retreat! This spacious, Ski-in, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and cabin coziness. With a beautiful fireplace, you'll love warming up by the fire after a long day of skiing or snowboarding.

After hitting the slopes, relax and rejuvenate in the hot tubs or take a dip in the indoor/outdoor pool while enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings. Or sit on one of the two sunny decks enjoying your favorite apres-ski beverage.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and there's plenty of seating in the dining area for everyone to enjoy meals together. Washer and dryer, fresh linens and comfortable beds sleeping 5 comfortably (or up to 7 for those who like to squeeze in everyone together!)

This Pine Ridge condo is perfectly located just 100 steps from the 4 O'Clock ski run, two blocks from Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy cafes, shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the Snowflake Trailhead for great hiking.

Whether you're a backcountry enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, this condo is the perfect place to experience your mountain getaway.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again on our next visit! It was perfect location for accessing the ski lifts with the bus pick up being across the street and is the first stop drop off. It is also great walking distance to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Overall great experience!

Property located in a prime location for skiing Breck. Every couple hours while sleeping, annoying tapping sound from plumbing or heating woke us up. Sounds like Morris code

Very nice place

Once there, all was good - we’d come back. Everything about the condo itself was as promised and very pleasant. Suggestions: Change the sign outside 114 Base Camp Way in Frisco that points to where you check in: it’s actually pointing to a lockbox, but from the car it clearly points to finding an entirely different entrance door or building. Please change! The address given for the condo was 405 Four OClock Road. But the sign on the road only lists 465 Four OClock Road. Please change the address on the check-in materials. Instructions included contacting the “front desk” at Pine Ridge to register your parked car - please amend to say that the front desk is across the street.
