Now this is a great location in downtown Breckenridge: Close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo! Park Place Quandary Peak Condo is the sort of place you’re want to come back to year after year. Your family and friends are going to love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 8. Nice updates, great amenities and an awesome location make this condo the perfect mountain getaway any time of year. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the comfortable furniture and beautiful river rock wood fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal, and there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and four more at the kitchen counter. The private balcony has excellent views of Downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains, as well as comfortable furniture.

The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs and free parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Summer Stay in Breckenridge

The property management was well executed and instructions were clear. As for the physical property, it was a great location and we really appreciated all of the small extras that you don't find at rental properties.Example: seasonings, nonstick pans, chip clips. The only negative is the traffic noise.

Great place!

Nice location. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances and some pantry items. Accessible parking, just a little tighter on weekends. My only complaint was the street noise because our room was at the intersection corner. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment location and fully equipped

Location, cleanliness and space in apartment were exceptional. Great layout and loved that the ski locker was just outside the front door to the apartment. Snowflake ski lift is just at the top of the hill only two stops on the bus if needed. And the ski back down the 4 O'Clock run is just lovely, bringing you back just across the road from the apartment block. The place is really well equipped - everything is there to make your stay really comfortable - all the kitchen essentials & more!, plenty of towels, blankets etc and lovely to have a few amenities to use too. Only minor suggestion is that the decor is a little dated, but even with that said nothing is worn out or tired. Fantastic place to stay for hitting the slopes.

Great property. The room with 3 beds need to be replaced. Not good for adult couples.

Cozy and complete

The condo has great structure, especially the kitchen. We could cook our entire Thanksgiving meal and roast a Turkey with no issues. The fireplace and beds are great. Communication and instructions were clear and prompt. Bear in mind you can hear the upstairs neighbor very much, but we were lucky that during our stay everyone was super respectful of quiet hours. Would come back!

Great Fall Getaway

The place was immaculate. Kitchen fully stocked. The location could not be more perfect. It's just across the street from the main area for shopping and restaurants. We did a couple escape rooms, and went hiking and shopping. Communication and check-in was extremely easy. Couldn't have asked for better!

Property was OK. Would not return. Not VRBO-Property Management Company which would not let me cancel one day after booking with out penalty once I realized this property was Not suitable for our guests. A property owner [VRBO] I believe would have forgiven fees after 1 day of booking. Don't think an owner would have wanted an uphappy guest. Misled, again, not Vacation Rental By Owner!

Great property, high end.

This was a nice property with plenty of room for us. We stayed M-F which was cheaper than including the weekend. I was happily suprised with the quaility and upkeep of this condo. Its perfectly located as well, with two working hot tubs nearby.

Second time at this condo and it is perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean and close to everything. Summit Mountain Rentals are great to work with and extremely responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect condo for a ski weekend!

This place was absolutely perfect for 4 guys for a weekend of skiing! Communication from the property managers was accurate and provided answers to all of our questions. The unit itself was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s technically not ski in/out, but it’s a super short walk from the bottom of 4 O’Clock run. We just walked to the Quicksilver chair each morning, not a bad walk at all. Good proximity to Main Street too! Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Location

The property is like most in CO... they look nice, but are cheaply made. You can hear the neighbors just about shift in their beds. You will probably have to bring laundry detergent and toilet paper if you intend to stay beyond a couple of nights. The clothes dryer door was broken while we were there, but I luckily packed duct tape :o

The non main shower didn’t drain between showers. The pullout couch was very dirty-had never been vacuumed without cushions and there was tons of food crushed under the cushions. The hedging had hardly rs on them-were the sheets clean?
