The inside of this stunning 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom condo is furnished exquisitely with modern decor, and is fully remodeled with hardwood floors and custom designed bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King Bed and its own bath, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the beautiful living room offers a new flat screen tv, brick designed fireplace, a beer cooler and a sleeper sofa that will accommodate two more. In addition, the kitchen offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Tamarisk is a quiet, secluded condo complex located within a five minute walk to town or the base of Peak 9, plus has a bus stop for the free bus shuttle right out front of the complex. Wonderful access to everything Breckenridge has to offer either on foot or via the fantastic free ride bus system.

When renting at the Tamarisk property, you would have access to the Columbine Pool. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4 to settle in for a quick ski weekend. It was super clean inside upon our arrival, well appointed and was a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was very unhappy with our stay. The unit was not keyless, which was a major issue. We were required to use a physical key, and the door was extremely difficult to open. Even worse, if the door shuts, it automatically locks, leaving you locked out.This became a serious problem when we were locked out of our unit around 6:00 AM in 9-degree weather. I called the after-hours number for help. The first time, I was told it “wasn’t really an emergency” and to either check the website or wait until the office opened at 8:30 AM. When I called again, I was asked if I could simply wait until someone arrived at the office.I was extremely disappointed that there is no plan in place for situations like this, especially during after-hours. Essentially, if you get locked out, you are expected to wait—regardless of weather or safety—until the office opens.I was also not informed ahead of time that we would need to physically pick up keys from an office before going to the unit. Had I known this, I would have canceled my reservation immediately.I will not be staying here again, and I will be sure to share this experience with friends and family, who visit Breck yearly.

Amazing location, close to downtown. Perfect size for a small group —we were two friends traveling and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace in the living roomwas a lovely surprise. Although we did not use the gas grill, and the pool/hot tub were closed for routine maintenance, this condo has luxurious amenities that many don’t. The surrounding area has pristine views and magnificent vistas. And great hikes up VERY HIGH slopes!!!

The property manager assisted us in securing an additional parking spot which the online description initially indicated would be available if not busy. It was concerning at first that we had to park one vehicle far away. She was very helpful and pleasant at each encounter. Back door screen comes off the track easily each time used.

Great location, but disappointing stay!
Great location—just a short walk to the downtown shops. The pool and hot tubs were nice. However, the condo itself needs updates. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable—we could feel the springs digging into us. While making the bed, I found two springs actually poking through the sheet (photos attached). I called the office right away, and maintenance didn’t arrive until 4:30 PM. He cut the exposed springs and brought a foam topper, but it didn’t fit the king bed and couldn’t be used. He said replacing the mattress wasn’t possible during our 3 remaining nights.We also weren’t given the number of towels listed in the rental agreement—just 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, and 6 bath towels for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, and 4 nights. My husband called the office the next morning—and three more times—but management never returned our calls. We travel often and regularly use VRBO, and we’ve never been treated this poorly. We’re not quick to complain, but we’ve never paid to sleep on a bed that should’ve been thrown out years ago or had to ration clean towels. Very disappointing.

Nice place, but one major issue.
Overall very comfortable space. The only issue, and it is an issue for sure, is the heat. The livingroom never got above 60 degrees despite setting the thermostat to 75. It is an older unit, and the heat needs immidiate attention. Luckily, we were there only 2 nights and didnt spend any real time relaxing in the unit. If we had, this issue would certainly would have been a deal breaker.

Great spot for weekend stay!
Overall great spot for weekend stay. Location is incredible for access to Breck Main Street and the access to the Gondola and other ski lifts. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 couples) to spend the weekend here. We looked forward to entering the warm condo after the day on the slopes. Fireplace was an A vibe! A few negatives which makes me give a 4/5 review. The radiator / heater in both rooms made a constant rattling noise the first night and impacted our sleep. The other nights we turned the heat up and the radiator noise went away, so was manageable. The second thing was you can hear the footsteps of the people above. Unfortunately, we had a family above us so lots of little feet running around at night during our stay.

Nice relaxing place!
This is a nice condo; bathrooms are great!! The beds were a little soft for us but ok overall. The photos are a bit misleading in terms lightness and size but we were very pleased in general. Biggest plus: SUPER QUIET!!

Cozy mountain condo
We stayed in this location for 7 nights. It was located very close to downtown Breck. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in between hiking and day excursions. The only complaint I would have is that the deck area is very small and not very private. The indoor space is updated and very nice, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great but, needs improvement
The condo place was clean and supplied with the basics. Beds were comfortable and the location was easy to access the town from. The pool was a short walk and is a nice facility.
However, I don't get why lighting is so poor in the living room and kitchen; I almost went out an bought light bulbs it was so dim. Opening every curtain did help though.
Also, the patio was just gross. I swept the dirt off so I could sit down but, there were exposed electrical wire and conduit and pipes in the ground next to the patio which was quite ugly.
I was not impressed with Great Western's customer service.

The property was very clean abd very well taken care of. A decent size for 4 of us. Its location is very convenient to main street in Breckenridge for all the fun shops, food, and drinks!
