The Space:
Step inside this spacious and elegant mountain retreat and feel right at home. The kitchen welcomes you with warm wood cabinetry, gleaming stone countertops, and sleek stainless steel appliances, while the kitchen table for six invites casual conversation over morning coffee. Just beyond, the formal dining room features a spacious table for six—perfect for gathering with friends or family after a day on the slopes or trails. The main living room is cozy yet bright, with large windows framing mountain views. Play a board game at the four-top table, perch at the high-top for two with your favorite drink, or curl up by the fireplace on the comfy couch, loveseat, or bench.

For even more room to relax, an additional sitting room offers a plush sectional and walls of windows that bring the outside in. Step onto the expansive deck, outfitted with ample seating and a grill, ideal for summer cookouts with sweeping views of the surrounding peaks and fairways. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a loft with a full size bed, and a studio unit above the garage.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a connected sitting room, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

The studio unit above the garage includes a queen size bed, a full size sleeper sofa, a kitchen, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The property is in a beautiful location, and the house itself is beautiful, but is dated and has signs of wear and tear. There was furniture that was torn and outdoor furniture that was broken, as well as door locks that were missing. The television situation is crazy for this day and age. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable, and the kitchen had a lot of items to use. The price was good for the space.
