Great stay for a week skiing

Good size house and location for our large group. Check in was easy and the house was well stocked. Community shuttle worked great to get to the mountain.

Fun time in the snow!

We stayed in this twin home in Breckenridge and skied in Keystone. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Keystone. Breckenridge was very close. About 8 minutes from a large City Market was convenient. Regarding the home, it is a twin home so two garage stalls for each side and parking in the driveway. Keep this in mind as there is no street parking in this area. The home is nice. My only suggestions are to replace the mattress and pillows in the queen room upstairs as they are well past their useful life. The rest of the beds and pillows were great. Also, the pilot light on the fireplace would not stay lit. Maintenance arrived and fixed the issue quickly on Saturday, but not on Sunday. The hot tub is fabulous and relaxed our muscles after a long day of skiing. Thanks

Great spot for ski vacation

Annual family ski trip - us plus our 4 adult children (and some plus ones). 3 bedrooms with queen or king beds is critical for us plus a room for our singles to share was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and other appliances. An awesome spot and we would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect retreat

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want the price to go up and I want this property to be available next time I’m ready for a vacation! It was perfect in every way - affordable, well kept, well-stocked with supplies, lots of space, comfortable, private, easy. And the hot tub with a view, surrounded by aspens is unbeatable! Plus having the staff available via text to help with anything we needed was amazing.

Everything you could possibly need

The property is absolutely beautiful. As cleanliness goes, it was immaculate. The furnishings were cozy and very comfortable. I don’t think there was anything you could want in the kitchen. It was beyond stocked with cookware, appliances and dishes and utensils. We live in the East and were visiting our daughter’s family in Denver. We spent most of our time at the house. The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck and cooking on the gas grill. The hot tub was a big hit. I appreciated the outdoor furniture. My husband and I are in our 70’s appreciated the spacious bedroom and walk in shower on the first floor. It was great having all we needed on the first floor. We did have a minor plumbing issue. The response was immediate, but unfortunately the part could not be secured during our stay. I would highly recommend this clean, well equipped and comfortable property.

We needed a few things like salt. We needed the toilet repaired but they had someone there the next morning. Comfortable kitchen-dining-family room area with an open concept. Good for visiting.

Perfect for our group!

This house was the perfect location for us. We skied at Breckenridge. There were kids and grandparents. The master bedroom/bathroom and laundry downstairs was so great for our group. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Main complaints- we just never got it to cool down upstairs- haha! The hot tub, double garage and location were just simply perfect! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely property!

Great accommodations!

Loved our stay at this VRBO! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, loved the HOA shuttle with our driver Bob! HOA shuttle was much nicer and more convenient then the Breckenridge free shuttle. We would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip!

We loved this VRBO! It had great amenities, the shuttle service was perfect for getting to and from the mountain. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hot tub was so relaxing, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beds were really comfortable as well! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay in Breck. Thank you!!

71 Chestnut Lane

This property is so spacious and in excellent condition. Everything seems new. Appliances, utensils, beds, and all seem new as if we were the first ones to use. It is very clean and well kept rental. It is just as advertised. Excellent condition. My family and I enjoyed being in this property so much. I wish it was a little closer to Breck town because it was a bit of a drive. It's closer to Frisco than Breck, but there is nothing much in Frisco. We prefer Breckenridge. But other than that, this property is amazing and quiet. If you are looking for party going property, then this is not it. This property is more family gathering and quiet neighborhood walking town.

Nice place close to great skiing

Overall this was a good property for us. We were there to ski and it was close to Breck, Keystone and A-Basin. We had 4 adults and 3 teens. I’d hesitate to have more as space would be a bit tight. There are 3.5 baths, not 4. You have to dig a bit in the details to see that. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed by the property management very promptly. The space itself is nice and the beds were comfortable. The sofa is not comfortable at all and really needs to be upgraded. Simple check-in process with great communication. Overall, we’d stay again.
