Keep your eyes peeled for glimpses of the local wildlife, from the elegant fox to the majestic deer, right at your doorstep. And if you thought that's where the convenience ends, think again. Not only does this home grant you swift access to world-class Alpine skiing on Peak 8, but it's also a stone's throw away from the Nordic ski area. And when it's time to indulge in the best shopping and dining that downtown Breck has to offer, you're just a ten-minute glide down the hill away from the heart of it all!

Step inside, and you'll find yourself on the main level, where a spacious granite kitchen awaits, fully equipped with everything you need, from exquisite plate ware to top-tier cookware. The location is awesome, but the dishes were quite dirty, we had to wash every glass before we drank out of it. There were spoons that were placed in the silverware drawer that looked like they were caked with peanut butter, how the house cleaners could place them into the drawer like that is rude and showed that they do not care.also the second bedrooms bed is really uncomfortable it’s extremely firm with no comfort. Nobody slept on it after our first night.

We stay in a lot VRBO’s and this home is at the top of the list! Arranged very well, quality furniture and beds, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is also close to Breckenridge Main Street!

We really enjoyed the way access to the peak and to town. The free shuttle is just a short walk away. The home is lovely and the owners don't skimp and the basics making the trip just that much easier. Anyone renting should know that this is not a 4 bedroom home. It has the bedrooms and a bed in a common area. It's basically in the main hallway providing no privacy for whoever sleeps there. All else was as advertised.

The listing didn’t do the home justice! There was plenty of room and it was a short walk to the shuttle that was 2 stops from Peak 8 and a few stops from downtown. Highly recommend!

Overall the house was excellent. We’ve been coming to Breck for 10 years as a family and love the location of this house. The management company was very attentive, called to make sure we were happy and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. There was some mold in the master shower that should be bleached and the floors and carpet weren’t spotless. Otherwise this lovely home suited us (50 something parents and three “kids” in their 20’s) very well.

The house was a short walk to the base of Peak 8 and next to a hiking trail that also went to Peak 7. A bus also went close by the house. The house was very roomy for our family of 4. We enjoyed using the hot tub at night after our hikes and adventures. It was a bit confusing when we first arrived because we couldn't find a house number and the key code didn't work on the front door, only on the garage. We also could not find the garage remote. After calling the property manager they came out promptly the next day and brought a remote and fixed an issue with the fridge. Overall we were very happy with the property and would stay again.

The area was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the Cucumber Gulch hiking trail which was just a short walk from our door. Overall the house was clean even though the blinds were a little dusty and the windows would have benefited from a cleaning. The shower in the master bedroom drained very slowly but the beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. We were supposed to have a garage door opener but it was never delivered. The garage was a very tight fit for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. House numbers on the garage would have made the property easier to locate. We appreciated the seating area outside.
