If you are looking for a GREAT VALUE and a true ski-in, ski-out condo that is inexpensively priced, slope-side and steps from the slopes - you have found your Breckenridge condo!

New mattresses added November 2023. Updated dining table and chairs, couch and loveseat and patio furniture recently added.

We offer this modestly decorated ski-in ski-out condo at a great price, because the unit interior has not been upgraded. However, it sleeps comfortably and the location cannot be beat! For those of you that just need a place to hang your hat and warm up after an awesome day on the slopes, this is your condo. Please don't book if you are looking for granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

This condo is very dated, and the photos accurately represent the simple decor and furnishings. We respectfully ask that you please take the time to look at the photos before booking. Our goal is to make your vacation experience the best possible, and to receive a good rating for the value of this condo's location and not the lack of interior upgrades. We feel that the star ratings are a combination of the entire rental experience including VALUE and LOCATION. We are pricing this condo below market, as we want to make this condo available for budget minded vacationers who are looking for a place as close to skiing as possible.

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, along with plenty of bath towels. The location is excellent—a true ski‑in, ski‑out, which made our stay very convenient.Our only disappointment was the beds. All of them were extremely soft, and none of us slept well. The mattresses felt old and worn, with noticeable impression spots. We tried flipping and rotating them, but it didn’t help. I would strongly recommend that the owners consider replacing the mattresses or adding firmer mattress toppers to improve comfort. After a full day of skiing, a good night’s sleep would have made a big difference.Aside from the beds, the unit is a great value for the price.

very close to the chair lift access. roomy space. Yes, it is dated, but doesn't seem to be an issue when you are that close to the lifts! we enjoyed our stay and will try to book it again!!

Disappointing! The unit was outdated.Carpeting was very old, worn out and dirty.Couch and lounge chairs very old and uncomfortable to sit in. Master bedroom mattress was worn out, felt like you were sinking in quicksand. Woke up with sore back.Master bathroom, bath/shower, very difficult to adjust water controls, became very hot and very cold with little adjustments.Would not recommend renting this unit until it is flipped with up-to-date improvements.

Great Property for Real Skiers (and others, too!

This is a great property and I expect to come back.First, it is precisely what was described, except I would use term "comfy" instead of dated. Very clean. Everything functioned. Location was spectacular. Hot tubs were a delight. Ski locker was eight steps from trailside. Second, there was a small glitch, and upon being notified, the property manager (without being prompted) made the situation completely right. I could not have asked for more.You won't regret booking this spot.

Great location, will rent again!Host was very helpful. Couple requests were generously granted. Smart lock entry so no need for lockbox or pickup keys. Mattress quality varies so try them out.
 New updates not shown in pictures: All 3 TVs are smart TVs with steaming options, updated stove range, leather sofa set.
 Access to ski slope is right outside ski locker, down a flight of 6 stair-steps. If no car, to/from downtown requires gondola/bus ride. Walking path to gondola/bus station is easy 3-4 mins walk downhill but 10 mins uphill trek walking back. Shuttle driver warned that path could be slick/slippery when wet/icy. Uber ride to/from downtown was 14 each way. Peak 8 with multiple super chairs helps disperse crowds (better than Peak 7/9).

Perfect location, Comfy condo, AMAZING manager!

The property is a bit dated (clearly stated in the property description), but so are we so it was perfect for our crew! Beds were comfy and it was clean - besides - we came to ski and explore not hang out in the room! The listing in 1000% accurate... it is the PERFECT location. Our door was maybe 50 yards from the slope. Down the hall, out the door, past the TWO hot tubs and you are skiing about 100 yards down to the 4 lifts and all the fun of Peak 8. Any skill level could come off the lift and ski right back to the ski racks and hot tubs. Has ski lockers right by the door. The gondola was a 3 minute walk from our room and takes you directly to the heart of Breckenridge (and back) - for free. It was amazing! So it was definitely everything the listing says and more. The MORE is that the manager Twilla is outstanding! A blizzard rolled thru the day we were scheduled to depart and ALL the roads home were closed... I called to ask if we could book another day (before 8 am) and she immediately answered. Unfortunately for us she had new guests coming in, but she gave us an extra hour to checkout so we could find a place to stay and hit up some of her associates to see if they had anything else available. A property manager ! I am definitely keeping her contact in my phone and would stay at any place she owned. Overall, it was an outstanding experience all around. Thanks Twilla! --- Breckenridge, we will be back!

Great Location!

Great trip! Twila was extremely helpful and helped me a lot! Place was exactly as advertised. Could not have been happier about the location. True Ski-in and out right off of Claimjumper! Would definitely stay again. Whole place has not been renovated, the beds, TV, small appliances have been. Kitchen was well appointed and very comfortable for seating. Great for families and couples.

Perfect Ski In/Ski Out, plus your just a shuttle ride, drive, or gondola ride to town, like the description says, it’s not a 5 Star property but your definitely not paying 5 Star price. It was clean and had all the amenities my family and I needed, hey we came to ski not hang out in a condo!

Have stayed in this building before. Space was clean and as pictured/described. Mostly original walls, counters and finish, which is as pictured. Priced fairly. Property manager was responsive. No issues. Beds seem to have seen better days and may be due for an upgrade in the room I slept in. Happy with our stay. Definitely would stay again in same space. Thank you.

Fantastic Location for Snow Skiing

The ski-in/ski-out accomodations are the best around. The unit is an older property that hasn't been updated, but it served our purposes. We had a wonderful stay and will consider it again next year.

Location, Location, Location

A true ski-in, ski-out for those who want to maximize their time on the slopes. It’s a short ski down to the Rocky Mountain and Colorado lifts, and so easy to pop in for lunch mid-day. Our family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7, 10, 13) skis hard all day every day, and then relax in the hot tub, cook our meals in, and watch a show or movie. This condo had everything we needed to be able to do just that. It was a quick jaunt to town if we wanted to shop, eat ice cream, or go to the arcade. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a more affordable way to stay on the slopes and doesn’t care about fancy furnishings and remodels!

Great location!

These condos were easy enough to find, but the lockbox at the entry where we picked up our keys was a bit stubborn. Twila answered our phone call immediately and was very helpful and understanding as we managed to retrieve the keys. After that, our condo was really easy to find. This condo is exactly what is stated on the app, but the couches have been swapped and are now a nice leather. The table is newer and bigger. The condo does not have updates, but is definitely a great location for ski in - ski out! It has a nice sized balcony with a glimpse of the slopes, and it seems private enough to relax after a good day of skiing. Indoors, the timer on the fireplace was a really good thing and the Paya brand toiletries are a nice touch! Overall, we loved this location. So easy to ski in and ski out! The location of the ski lockers is very convenient too.
