Welcome to Jack’s Vacation Home—your retreat in the heart of the Harz Mountains!

Our charming vacation home awaits you in Braunlage, just 500 meters from the aerial cableway and the ice rink. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a balcony, an idyllic garden, and private parking.

The house accommodates 6–8 guests in a 100 m² space. The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living/dining room invite you to relax and enjoy meals together.


The Accommodation

Living/Dining Room: You can spend pleasant hours together in the inviting living/dining room. A large dining table seats up to 8 people and is perfect for shared meals. The cozy sofa arrangement, which can be converted into an additional sleeping area for 2 people, offers a beautiful view of the garden through the panoramic window.

Workspace: A workspace with a desk and chair is available in the living area.

Kitchen: The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is directly connected to the living area. In addition to the basic amenities, you’ll find a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and numerous kitchen utensils for cooking and baking. A cozy seating area is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Please refer to our list for detailed information on the amenities.

Towels and bed linens (pillowcases 80x80 cm + 40x80 cm, duvet 135x200 cm, fitted sheets) are available for an additional fee of €10.00 per person per stay. A washing machine is located in the basement. An iron and an ironing board are also available.

On the upper floor, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe with hangers, console table with Smart TV, mirror, coat rack, and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (180x200 cm), closet with hangers, console table with Smart TV, mirror, exterior blinds, and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 3: Single/double bed (80 cm–160 cm), sideboard with Smart TV, exterior blinds, and blackout curtains

Bathroom: On the upper floor, you’ll find a bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. There is a separate guest restroom in the basement.

Outdoor Area: The garden with a patio is the perfect place to relax and is equipped with a grill, dining area, and lounge chairs—ideal for cozy evenings outdoors.

Parking: A private parking space is available to you free of charge.

We’re happy to accommodate pets so you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your family and your pets. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can make the necessary arrangements. €50.00 per pet per stay

The city of Braunlage charges a visitor’s tax of €3.00 per night for adults (18 and older) and €1.65 for children ages 6 to 17*.

*No visitor’s tax is charged for the second and subsequent children (ages 6–17) in a family.

With your visitor’s card, you can use various recreational and spa facilities free of charge during your stay in Braunlage and take advantage of numerous discounts.
