Enjoy everything Branson has to offer!!! Our Condo is located on the first hole of the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Village. Watch the golfers start their day from the screened in patio with a hot cup of coffee. Inside you will have all the comforts from home and more. Our Condo sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 king bedrooms and a large loft with one queen and two twin size beds, 3 full size baths total. Included is wireless internet, 5 flat screen TVs, DVD player, laundry room, full kitchen, wet bar,and eat in kitchen and dining area. Located inside a gated community with 24 hour security. Quick and easy access to theaters, theme parks, Branson Landing and lake activities at both Lake Taneycomo and Table Rock Lake. Activities in walking distance include golf, indoor/outdoor pools, Spa/fitness, tennis courts, basketball courts, practice putting greens,pro shop, clubhouse, bar & grill, conference center, lakeside trout fishing and parks, picnic areas hiking trails, BBQ,and playgrounds. Our condo is on the 2nd floor there is 2 sets of 7 steps 14 total

The condo was clean and met our needs. When we first arrived there were only 5 towels and we had nine people. Our host was very nice and let us have some extra towels and just asked that we washed and put the extra back up. I had a car wreck and had to use a walker to get up the stairs and a wheel chair I the condo but there was plenty of room for us to move around. On one of our last days one of the outside steps broke and my brother in law almost fell through while he was carrying our two year old niece. We let our host know and they reached out to the resort and someone came and fixed them. He mentioned that the all needed to be replaced. That made me nervous but I could only go up using the walker and I was scared it would break while I was going up or down. The amenities were great and all the staff at the resort was super friendly and helpful.

The condo was just as pictured. A great place for family. We had a small plumbing issue upon arrival that the hosts were quickly helpful with. They were very attentive! Would easily stay here again.

Do not stay here until improvements are made

The property needs some upkeep. Air conditioning does not cool front bedroom, and you could lot open windows. It was cool this weekend but would be unbearable in the summer months; there was only 1 small light bulb in the room and no mirror. In addition the shower curtain liner in the upstairs shower was split. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this place until improvements are made. Furthermore

Perfect for Large Groups With Kids

This property was sparkling clean, no more than 15 minutes from any activities we did in Branson. Walking trail was shady and cool, even in 90+ heat. 2 minute walk to indoor and outdoor pool. I definitely recommend this property!

POINTE ROYAL CONDO IN BRANSON

The condo worked out really well for our family of 9 (2 Grandparents, 4 Parents, children age 11, 10 & 22 months). It was the perfect location to get to all of the attractions & restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, golf, playground, clubhouse grill and walking near river. The spiral staircase was hard to take suitcases up & down to loft bedrooms. (A baby gate was there to prevent baby going up it.) We enjoyed the creened in deck, but it wasnt very clean and screens were torn. The condo was very nicely stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, big griddle, salt & pepper and other seasonings, icemaker, soaps for dishwasher, dish soap, linens/towels, laundry soap, paper products, etc. The owner was very easy to get in touch with by phone when we needed him!

Wonderful vacation

This was our first time for a whole big family to get together. We stayed in three different condos and enjoyed meals together. The restaurant allows us to have our stockings and presents and have breakfast there. This was really special. Thank you so much we made great memories.
