BEST location close to the strip! See the horses at Dolly Parton's Stampede across the street from our front door. Fritz's Adventure is just around the corner.

Home IN TOWN with a driveway and GARAGE!! All ONE level, Three bedrooms include a king master bedroom, jetted soaking tub, & walk in shower! Second queen bedroom, and the third has bunk beds with a twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, next to another full bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. You will love this location in Branson, take a look at the pics!

Large living room has large flat screen HD SMART TV, blue ray/dvd player, electric fireplace, with open dining room plus full stove, refrigerator, microwave kitchen with plates, silverware, pots and pans to cook if you want, as well as coffee maker and many of the small appliances and implements you have at home.

We have outdoor games and a basketball game in the garage, and a private porch out back you can play a game of corn hole, us our propane gas BBQ grill and enjoy life! Lots of room for everyone!!

Check in time is 4pm or later. Check out time is 10am or earlier.

The home is yours to enjoy! You have 100% access to the house. We respect your privacy as a guest of our home, however ... lawn service at the house occurs seasonally. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.

**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-)

Location to Fritz's and everything else was awesome. My kids loved the basketball hoop and scooter. The backyard was set up to be a lot of fun, although it was too cold for us to take advantage of it. We appreciated how family friendly the house was. Great house that we'd recommend to anyone.

Brief mid-spring break getaway.

We are from Wisconsin, visiting parents in KC, and decided to spend 3 days in Branson. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of fans, bedding/pillows, towels, plates, cups, etc. It was great to be so close to everything we wanted to do! The house was clean and beds were comfortable! Thank you so much!
