• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.

Overall great older hotel as rooms could use an update. Heard they were in process of remodeling. Super clean and quiet and great location near the strip. Easy to get around to local shops and restaurants and fun places.

Love the location!

The location can’t be beat! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were a little small, but the room was clean and most importantly—the AC worked! The only downsides were loud guests at all hours of the night and the pool was closed for some unknown reason halfway through our stay. That sucked considering how dang hot it was outside! The pool was definitely needed on those days.

Housekeeping is lacking

The lobby was beautiful & clean. Once we got off the elevator we realized the building was lacking in cleaning. When we got in the room, the beds looked like someone had jumped on them after being made. Sheets were clean so we just assumed the person making beds was not picky. Hairs on toilet (gross). Bathroom flooring missing in places around toilet & cracked in several places. No drain stopper for sink. Just overall in need of a renovation. In the room, the wall next to trash can was splattered with something? Probably food from being tossed in can. Was also splattered on cabinet near trash can. There was a live roach on wall that we killed. Only one that we saw tho. Only good thing was the mattress was decent. Actually slept pretty good. We only stayed one night. Side note, both times we went to front desk several employees were huddled at front talking & laughing. Stopped to help us then went back to talking. Just an overall unprofessional experience for us. Also told my $100 despot would be returned to card immediately after checkout. Still don’t have it 24 hours later. Will be calling to check on that issue.
