The first floor holds 2 spacious and lavish primary suites, 1 expansive living room, and a top of the line, fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs holds a bonus room, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 2 with bathrooms steps away. Enjoy indoor and/or outdoor dining areas. With multiple covered outdoor living spaces, you can comfortably enjoy your serene surroundings. Are you ready to kick back and relax? There is something for all ages to enjoy. From custom built in bunks, to luxurious spa like soaking tubs (in each primary suite). Smart tv’s in both living rooms and all bedrooms. Open both sets of sliders on the first level to bring the outdoors in and enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The Maia House has been arranged for you to have your own place to call home on Table Rock Lake.

Girls Trip

Wow! Wow! Wow! This property is absolutely beautiful! There were 9 of us that stayed, having 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms made it very comfortable for everyone! We enjoyed the area, shows, shopping, but our favorite was just sitting around that big table talking and playing games! The house is decorated to perfection, it's obvious that a lot of thought went into it! Easy to get to and the owner was helpful during our stay! If I could suggest anything, it would be cut the trees so you can see the lake! We will be returning, either as our girl group or our families!

Family get away

This was a great family get away. Took older parents and my siblings to Branson to see a show and we loved the house. We loved the space and that we all had separate sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. We will be back.

Big new modern lake house

Plenty of room for everyone with four ensuites and three additional sleeping areas sharing two hall baths plus a half bath on the main floor. The property is sparkling clean and in good order as pictured. Highly recommended.

Great Fall Getaway

The home is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is in a good location and quiet area. The kitchen is adequate. We were able to make breakfast for 6 each day. Super close to Silver Dollar City and not far from shopping too. We enjoyed the fire pit and golf cart was a plus also.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

Family came in from Florida for my birthday-spent the weekend here. Amazing. House was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the 8 of us. Clean and spacious. It was so nice having coffee and having quality time with loved ones on the back deck in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend-we will definitely be back😁

Magazine worthy house… with a golf cart!

This home could be featured in a magazine! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The lake is a bit of a hike from the house, but worth the effort. The water is clean and refreshing. And a golf cart is included! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Accommodations for our Family!

This house has everything needed for a perfect family getaway. We met our adult kids and grandkids here for a Christmas celebration. Location was ideal to SDC and other events we went to. Beds comfortable & bathrooms plentiful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Thrilled with this property!

Felt “at home” in this place. Loved the style, furnishings, that they had a Christmas tree up, that it was fairly close to the events we had booked, and the setting was beautiful. The only “unusual” thing we noted was that the nightstands were fastened to the wall in the bedroom we used and so could plug in chargers. Already checked dates for next year, but noted that the price will be almost double, so may not be able to do that.

Ideal space for quality family time in Branson!

This home was a charming spot with so many positives. Located conveniently 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and tucked into a beautiful cove just a short walk from the back door. The interior was new and elegantly decorated with so many areas to sit and chat or play games. This was an incredible setting for our family to celebrate Christmas. 10/10 would recommend this house to any families with kiddos!

Beautiful home, convenient location

This home is exceptional! We had plenty of room for everyone. We were nestled just outside of town where it is quiet but still convenient to entertainment and restaurants not to mention Walmart delivery!

Beautiful Spacious House

Place was beautiful and the open large kitchen/living room was a plus. Had some plumbing problems the first night but with 7 bathrooms we got along fine. We couldn't get ahold of the property manager right away. Connected with us that evening and came out the first thing the next morning and solved the problem and cleaned up everything. There was a misunderstanding that there was no booklet located at the property with instructions of how to handle any questions. Property manager kept in contact the rest of the weekend and they didn't have to but did reimbursed us some for our hardship. Very thoughtful of them. It was a quiet area and very beautiful for our 10 older family members and everyone had their own bedroom. Would come back again if we have the chance to go come back to Branson again.

Beautiful House

Beautiful home and furnishings. A few hiccups future guests need to be aware of. Basement bedroom nightstands hooked to the wall so outlets are inaccessible for CPaps and chargers, bring an extension cord. The bunkbeds are in a hallway, not in the 6th bedroom as we assumed. A sofa sleeper in that den would solve that privacy & noise issue. Having said all that, we enjoyed it and had a great time.
