2026 Handicap Accessible 4BR/4BA Branson Hills Villa - You're gonna Love It!

Welcome to our second Listing, "Take A Mulligan".

This "Accessible 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom Golf Villa" is the second addition to our 212 Signature Collection and is located in the Branson Hills, Branson Missouri area. It comes with great amenities from the Branson Hills Golf and Country Club to include use of the outdoor pool (May-Sept), club restaurant, and use of the Award-winning Golf Course (Extra Fees apply for Golf course use).

We've updated the decor of the bedrooms and overall feel of this beautiful home. What I love most about the Villa is how central Take-A-Mulligan is to everything Branson has to offer. You can literally be to any number of Branson sites within 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Shopping at a number of different stores is less than 1 mile away.

The Villa is a large 2,600 sq ft private home with 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and each with its own Smart TV and a large, attached bathroom. Each bathroom features a double vanity with large mirror and beautiful stone tile, step in showers.

Bedroom # 1 (The Blue Suite) is attached to the fully handicap accessible bathroom. The large open space living area features a huge kitchen also with an accessible sink and lower countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and feed all those staying with you.

Eat at the breakfast bar or the dining room with seating for 8. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching the 65" ROKU TV with access to all of your streaming channels (BYOP=Bring Your Own Passwords) above it.

The open living room is a great gathering place with a coffee /wet bar and adjoining outside deck. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as several additional chairs. The wood floors are beautiful and add a great ambiance to your living area.

The 30 ft outside deck is very private and has a patio table and chairs, and additional chairs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Ozarks outdoors. Your villa has free Hi Speed WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking in front.

PET NOTICE: We are a No Pet residence. We love our animals, but also want to ensure we remain available to those with pet allergies. If it's discovered that pets were brought to the villa, then additional cleaning Fee of $150 will apply. Beautiful place to stay! In a very quiet area.The view out the back is incredible. Kitchen was very nice with everything we needed to enjoy cooking in it.Really close to all the major shows! Stores & restaurants were less than 1 mile away.

This was our second stay here. It’s easy to get too, clean and very nice. There is a lift chair in the living room perfect for my mom, there is a lovely back deck with table and chairs that overlooks a small wooded area that is full of squirrels and turkey. It’s peaceful (even with construction nearby) close enough to everything but u feel like you’re farther away. The owners are great.

My group consisted of 11 family members and all agreed that The Mulligan is a "must return to" in 2026. The Mulligan accommodated 8 of the 11 siblings: -- 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor-- Kitchen large enough for multiple cooks to prepare meals, -- Each family had their own bathroom and -- the walk-in/roll-in showers were a great blessing. ADA compliant homes are hard to find in Branson.The remaining 2 couples rented a 2 Bed condo just about 1 mile away from the Mulligan home. So convenient.

My siblings and I decided to have a reunion. We chose Branson because of its location. We started looking in February and funny thing was my sister who lives in Florida and myself, from California, picked this place in Branson mostly because it was handicap accessible and looked amazing in the photos. My two brothers agreed. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door we were all very happy to be staying at a place where we could easily communicate and spend time together. The house has a warm welcoming feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We didn’t go to any restaurants and we were all very happy. They even had some games to play. We enjoyed the Trouble game. Whenever I reached out to the host, they were prompt in responding and explaining. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this house to anyone who enjoys getting together with their family or friends in a comfortable home away from home and saving money. It was actually cheaper than staying at a hotel and we made our own meals which saved us a lot of money. The house was clean and spacious. There was even a lift chair for my sister who is in a wheelchair.

Take a Mulligan - Take 3

This was the third time my wife and I, along with our oldest son and his family have stayed at Take a Mulligan. Each and every stay has been an absolute delight.The house is ideal for us, providing open, airy space where young and old can relax. Access to the pool is a winner, and everything we wanted to do in Branson was less than 15 minutes away.The kids have already started planning next year’s gathering, and Lord willing, we will stay for the 4th time at Take a Mulligan.Paul & Gwen are the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If there were 6 stars available, I’d give them 6 stars!

This was the perfect place for our family. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners and they were super responsive to any questions we had. This was my first VRBO experience and they have set the bar very high. Not all handicap homes are truly accessible but this one was. I highly recommend it!
