3rd Bedroom (Loft): Ideal for kids or additional guests, the loft features full-size bunk beds, an attached bath, at Roku equipped tv, and a closet full of games, creating a playful and comfortable space.

- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:

Our stay at this Branson condo was nothing short of exceptional! The moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. The condo's decor was absolutely charming, with tasteful touches that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main living spaces and bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated both stylishly and with comfort in mind. Speaking of comfort, the beds were incredibly cozy with soft sheets and lovely comforters. After long days at Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing or downtown Branson, it was a delight to such a restful haven. We all slept GREAT our entire trip. The location of the condo was ideal, putting us in close proximity for all the must-see and do spots. We went hiking on the trail steps from the condo, kayaking on Table Rock lake at the marina, checked out the Dixie Stampede, drove bumper boats (don't recommend) and go carts, played mini golf, saw the fountain show and got some ice cream at the Landing and spent two days at Silver Dollar City. In summary, this condo provided me and my 3 teenagers a wonderful home base for our Branson adventure. The combination of the stunning views, comfortable living, and prime location made our stay unforgettable. Memories were made!! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Branson!

Clean condo right on Lake Taneycomo. Accomidated our family of 6 well. There is a nice hiking trail right by the condo that runs along the lake for about a mile as well. Also a small playground right next to the building for smaller kids.

We always enjoy staying at Point Royale when we visit Branson and this condo will definitely be on our return list. The views were so calming, located close to the trail and playground, and just down the hill from the clubhouse. We love going to the grill for breakfast. My son enjoyed the bunk bed and everyone enjoyed having their own space yet still all together. Thanks for the wonderful visit!

Went with my daughter and her 2 sons for the weekend, close enough to Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson. The condo was very clean and very quiet. The owner was in contact with us making sure everything was great and if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again

First time in Branson with our 4 kids (20-9). Condo fit us all comfortably. Quiet building with views of river. Kid play area, river, hiking trail and golf just steps away. Only a few minutes drive from most area attractions and restaurants! Highly recommended!

Love that it was next to small park/playground and a creek. Our condo overlooked the creek and had a nice screened back porch. The only things that needed improvement were the entry needed to be cleared of spider webs and general dirt - it is what everyone’s homes look like but when it is something you’d like to stay at it would be nice to have that clean. There was a smell from the garbage disposal that we took care of but cleaning people should’ve fixed before we got there.

Overall this property was excelent! It could use some updating of appliances and a quick dusting, but it was a great property for what we needed and wanted. The owners missed out on NOT noting that you are within walking distance to a creek/river that can be fished. It would be a huge listing point I'm sure for wanna be fishers. The beds were cozy and the details the owner included, labeling all the light swithes and remotes was a plus! My favorite part was sitting on the screend in porch in the morning driniking coffee and reading my book.
