This unique upscale vacation condo is located in the indian point area. The beautiful unit resides in the ever popular eagles nest resort featuring a spacious condominium that has been created to take you away from all the stresses in life, while being located right next to the fun and exciting silver dollar city, theme park. The unit is only a short drive to the exciting strip of branson, missouri, where you can enjoy numerous shows, restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, lake activities and much more.

This beautiful condo has just been newly interior decorated with FIRST CLASS furnishings including, new linens / bedding, plush towels, beautiful decor, flat screen tvs and comfortable deck furnishings. Simply relax and enjoy the amazing table rock lake and ozark mountain views from our deck. This beauty features 10 foot ceilings, custom woodwork, tray ceilings in both bedrooms, walk in tiled shower in master bath, granite countertops throughout, wood, tile and carpet flooring. This is an upscale condo and rated as one of the nicest in the branson area.

Each bedroom has their own private bath including tile floors, jetted tubs, and showers. Additional sleeping is accommodated with a brand new pull out leather sofa sleeper in the living area.

Imagine how convenient life could be to be so close to the park. You can come back to the condo for lunch, put a little one down for a nap, relax then quickly get back to the park for the rest of your fun! Silver Dollar City theme park, is located right up the hill from our property.

This popular resort boasts many amenities, including swimming, hot tubbing, playing tennis, hiking on the areas trails, playing on the playground or just relaxing in the unit on the back deck. You can take a walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for swimming and great fishing! Boating and water activities including boat dock rental can be done at the nearby marina down the road.

Welcoming host! Very nice stay, close to SilverDollar City. I loved the beds, they were so comfortable! The amenites were great, they even had regular and decaf coffee for the coffee maker, along with powered creamer and sugar! Which was great, because I forgot to bring mine.The place was very clean and well stocked. The towels were very nice too, luxery hotel quality. I highly recommend!

Clean and well appointed! Even a few baby items in the kitchen which was convenient for our family. The beds were comfortable and the whole unit was well maintained. Parking was a little tight but we were always able to find a close spot. We weren’t in town for SDC but enjoyed the fireworks and drone show from the complex sidewalk. Would recommend!

Property was very nice and they had a very easy check in process. their app/website made getting all the information we needed very easy. Parking was a little tight and couldn’t always find a close spot. Also very close to silver dollar city but 20-25 minutes into Branson.

Very convenient location for our trip. We were close to where we were visiting. Very spacious for our 5 person stay. And when an issue came up the owner knew what was happening immediately. Seems the city was working on a water main and we were without water for a few hours.

Quick Silver dollar city visit

We went the weekend of Thanksgiving to go to Silver Dollar City to see the lights. The condo is in a great location, goes opposite of traffic. The condo was well appointed, decorated adorable for Christmas. I would recommend it.

Amazing Christmas Trip

From the moment we got there till the moment we left we had an enjoyable stay. This condo was so relaxing and comfortable. The manager was so pleasant and answered all my questions. The whole process was flawless. We were so close to Silverdollar city and did not have to fight the traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

The condo was so nice! It was clean and decorated for Christmas, which was a plus in my book! We enjoyed having a mountain view and we were so close to Silver Dollar City that we could hear the train from our balcony. My kids thought that was so neat. The only downfall was the beds were awfully uncomfortable. Definitely could use an upgrade on new mattresses and pillows.

If the internet new subscription had been done right when switched sometime before our stay there, we would have rated 5 star all around! Love the way it was easy communication when having issues not being able to get WiFi

Great place to stay.

We stayed because it is just a few minutes from SDC. This way you don't waste valuable time in the car traveling. The lake is always fun to walk to. A convenience store is just a hop & skip from the condo if you need snacks. ( not the cheapest, but quicker than driving somewhere. They also have pizza ) A good time was had by all.

The bed was way to soft. The fitted sheet kept pulling up over the corners. I had to sleep on the sofa. Other than that the unit was very nice.

The property was very nice, with comfy leather and tapestry furniture. The large bedroom was very roomy with a great en-suite bathroom. The smaller bedroom was good-sized with its own roomy en-suite (that was accessible to the main living area by a second door). The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked. The kitchen and dining areas were solid floors - a little worn in places, but very clean. The main living area and bedrooms were carpeted. The space had tall ceilings, so it felt very roomy, but had a cozy feel - especially liked the reading "nook" by the back deck. Our only "complaint" was that the linen for the pull-out couch was missing, but our host was quick to offer it being delivered. Communication with our host was good - she was extremely quick/responsive to my questions. We also loved the nice pool, located just down the hill from the property and spent a lot of time there. We very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it; we plan to stay there again.

Confusion

The condo was nice. Had a hard time communicating with vrbo. Some my fault, some vrbo. Never had trouble with vrbo on previous rentals. Condo had poor parking. Spaces were very tight. Many parking spaces said, compact cars only. Others would be towed.I only saw one compact car. Need larger spaces. Everyone else had a SUV or a pickup truck.
