"Very clean one bedroom apartment. The location was too rural for us and both the front and rear windows looked out to farm yards. The communication from the host was poor. When we arrived the apartment key was left in the lock and we were not sure if the host was going to greet us or not (we normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something a bit different). "This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location "

"Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. "A reasonably kitted out house with a garden that takes dogs and is a short pretty flat walk to the sea - that’s all great! But being quite low it has a bit of a damp ish smell, there was a snail trail in the kitchen and there was an issue with something on the carpet in one of the rooms. Having said that, the convenient location made up for the minor gripes and we’d go again. Children would need watching going up to the garden though (which had good outside furniture)."
