"When we checked in the room was cold and they gave us a low heater .I was in a wheelchair so they gave us a room all the way upstairs and my husband had to push me up a ramp and our room was down the hallway to the left and he still had to push me down the hallway to our cold room .Their thermastat wouldnt work at all.but I thought the front desk would ask how was our stay .We werent told about the wifi either we didnt want to phone them either .We had to go quite a distance for our ice so we...

"I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to the Victoria Manor, a king sized one bedroom suite!! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view of the city! Morning sunrise views were lovely!! The staff at the Ramada were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. "

"All was great except that there was a huge disruption in the hall in the early hours. Apparently the situation escalated and police were called Consequently not a good nights sleep. "
