"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."

"Nice alternative to conventional hotels and apartments. The structure offers a room and a social dining/relaxing area available for all the guest. We enjoyed meeting other travellers and playing ping pong and snoocker"

"Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city. "

"Staff and facilities are great at this hotel. The view sitting outside having drink is breathtaking. I have only given 4/5 for property conditions as rooms are looking a little tired. Still lovely but could do with a little uplift Will stay again if ever in the area. "

"I took my 15 year old daughter and stayed on the roof top of the hotel, we absolutely loved it."

"The hotel is located in front of a huge shopping mall and very convenient. They gave us welcome drink and the front desk was more like a bar which may be fun for some people to enjoy night activities in the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fine."

"Lovely traditional hotel in a great location. We would say that anyone with mobility issues may struggle with the flights of stairs in this heritage building. Rooms were spacious with nice views and bathroom was very nice. "

"Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). "Would come here again. Really comfortable and spacious room. We stayed in deluxe. Definitely worth the upgrade. Cleaning staff forgot to fill up the toiletries which was a shame. But otherwise excellent"
