"Spent two nights. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and happy hour buffets were substantial and tasty. The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend."

"The complimentary breakfast in all the hotels that offer it, seems that the quality and offerings have gone down a notch or two while hotel room prices have gone up much more than a notch or two. Disappointing "

"There was a pungent order in the bathrooms. I complained nothing was done because the woman told me she was the only person there. The room was not cleaned at all and I requested towels and clean sheets . I had to to front desk and get the towels. I won’t be back to this hotel."

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have...

"Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty. Only had one towel and one dirty looking wash cloth. Walls needed painting. The air conditioner wasn't working. TV reception was terrible. Bed was lumpy and hard. Worst experience in a motel we have had!"

"They changed my size room that was paid for in full. I reserved 2 queen beds and i recieved 1 king bed . They said they had nothing else available "

"When we pulled the sheets back to lay down, the sheets were stained. When I told the front desk about it, they handed me a clean set of sheets and never offered to have house cleaning replace them."

"The character of the property was excellent although you park at the rear and enter from the rear so you don’t see the full glory of the plantation house. Lovely courtyard area. A traditionalBreakfast of fresh fruit eggs, biscuit and meat gravy. Vegetarian option just one biscuit one egg. Good quality hairdryer and iron there is also a fridge and microwave. "

"Fun room decor, friendly staff. Coffee good but breakfast: dry cereal, white bread for toast, instant oatmeal packs. We were there 4 nights so went to the grocery store. Glad there was frige and microwave."
