Lazy Days on Lamoka Lake is waiting for you at this Cozy 2-bedroom cottage with 50' of level lake front, private dock with gorgeous views of the lake and beautiful sunsets to end your day.

Start your morning by stepping out onto the covered patio and relax with a warm cup of coffee or tea and watch the lake wake up.

Spend the day relaxing by the lake enjoying the scenery or take a short trip to Keuka Lake Wine Trails, Seneca Lake Wine Trails, a craft Brewery, or Watkins Glenn State Park or visit one of the many beautiful waterfalls and hiking attractions within a short drive.
If you are a NASCAR FAN, spend your NASCAR weekend with us as it is an easy drive to Watkins Glen International Speedway.

At the end of the day enjoy a quiet evening with a fire in the fire pit on the lake front and watch the beautiful sunsets and end the day with a glass of one of your favorite Finger Lakes Wine or a Craft Beer from one of the many local breweries.

The Master Bedroom with King size bed and half bath is located with a beautiful lake view, with sliding glass doors that lets you enter onto the covered patio that overlooks the lake. The Master Bedroom is just off of the living room.

The second bedroom is a large room that offers privacy with a Queen size bed with room for a pack and play or blow-up mattresses that are both available on premise.

The kitchen has a large butcher block island with bar stools for gathering or extra seating.
There is an extra large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals.

The dining room has comfortable seating for 6 with 2 extra stools at the island area. This is a great area to have your meals or play games with your family or friends.

***NEW*** The living room now has a sofa with a pullout double bed, for 2 additional guests. There is also a recliner and an electric fireplace to take off the evening chill. All this with a beautiful lake view and access to the relaxing patio.

Smart TV's are in each bedroom and living room.
Window air conditioners in both bedrooms, and the main living area.

Lamoka Lake located in the middle of the Finger Lakes Region, with 9 miles to Seneca Lake, 7 miles to Keuka Lake, 7 miles to Watkins Glenn International Race Track, an easy drive to the Wind Mill in Penn Yan and to the Corning Gaffer District. If staying at the cottage is what you prefer to do, fish off the dock, use the steps to access the water for swimming (water shoes recommended), use one of our kayaks or paddle board, or bring your own boat to enjoy your day your way.

Lazy Days is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or a perfect family vacation, or a group of friends looking to relax and explore some of the many attractions or one of the many wine tours available, we look forward to making your stay as peaceful and relaxing as possible.

We are adding a picnic table and 6 chairs!!
We will be opening our availability up for year round accommodations. If you like to Ice Fish, Hunt, cross country ski, snowmobile or just want a winter weekend getaway please look to see if there are some dates that will work for you. Imagine sitting in the living room enjoying the views of a winter lake. We are so excited to be able to offer this year round availability.
In early December there is Sparkle in the Corning Gaffer District, Watkins Glen Christmas, Hammondsport Christmas, in January there is the Fire and Ice event in Watkins Glenn. Many of the wineries have special events throughout the winter months, so if you are looking for a great winter hideaway Lazy Days is your winter destination.

We provide linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryers, dish soap and dishwasher soap to make your visit easy.


***There are three security cameras on the property.
1. Front of garage
2. Side door of garage
3. French doors looking at the back of the garage and down the sidewalk.
These cameras are not to see you, but to notify us if there are any issues and or any package deliveries.

Finger lakes trip

My husband and our friends stayed here for the long memorial weekend. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather but made the most of it! Excellent location for enjoying keuka lake wineries and/or Seneca lake and Watkins glen. Kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of towels. Everything that you would need!

Very clean, well maintained property on the lake. We would stay there again. We had no issues at all, except me almost slicing my finger off. The provided first aide kit saved the day!!!!

Beautiful cottage

The cottage was clean, well stocked. the views were fantastic. The only issue we had no one cleaned the walk and I slipped and almost fell on the ice. My husband tried to chip the ice with his shoes, there was no shovel on ice melt to use. Otherwise the cottage is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect lakeside cottage

Extremely clean, well equipped kitchen and essential supplies. Great location for us to visit the many waterfalls in the area. Great covered back porch with beautiful view of lake, enjoyed sitting by fire one evening. Beds very comfy, nice to have the extra half bath also. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful place that is well equipped with everything you need .The listing mentions use of a row boat but it was in poor shape ,as were the life preservers. Not a big deal in our case. We had a wonderfull time and would stay again.

Incredible sunsets, bring your poles, enjoy the peace & quiet!

Hosts couldn’t have been nicer! Great with getting back to us. The property is on a fishing lake - don’t expect to swim but be sure to bring your poles! Very peaceful. So quiet and peaceful. EVERYONE we met were so friendly and welcoming. If you are a cook, this kitchen has everything you will need. We stayed for the month of August and really enjoyed how relaxed it was. The sunsets are million dollar views reflecting across the lake.

Wonderful Lake House!

Ordinary Days is a wonderful place to stay on Lamoka Lake! It’s always very clean and comfortable and Nichole and Jamie are great hosts. We had an issue with the grill and they immediately responded with a new grill. Looking forward to our 2025 visit!

Repeat stay!

We stayed here in June and had bad weather so decided to return for fall color. Had fantastic weather and the lake was beautiful. Nichole and Jamie are very attentive hosts, and respond quickly to problems (e.g. ran out of propane for grill). They are very close by. The bed is very comfy, and there is plenty of room for clothes. There is a large table with extra leaves so I could do my jigsaw puzzle and still have rest of table for eating. It is ideal for two people. I wish they wouldn't use scented laundry detergent for the towels. Otherwise, we really enjoy it there and would happily return again. Loved seeing muskrat, heron, ducks and other wildlife. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets when it wasn't foggy in the morning.

Beautiful sunsets on waterfront property

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this lovely property. The cottage is very clean, well stocked and a great value. It is very bright and sunny indoors and you can't beat the waterfront access and beautiful sunsets. Amazing stars at night! It was great having such a well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The spa shower was very enjoyeable after a full day of hiking. I would definitely stay again!

Anniversary getaway

Such a clean, cozy and spacious place to stay! Great for a couple, 2 couples, a family of 4(but plenty of extra space if you have more) or a girls trip! Great outdoor area to have a fire or just hang out and take in the views. Easy access to the house and quick drive to keuka or Seneca lake. Can’t say enough how clean and cozy this place was, it was just wonderful!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Walking into the lake house took my breathe away. It had everything we could need to enjoy the last summer days. Having the kayaks were an added bonus when we decide to stay at the house for the day. I’d love to come back should I ever visit the area again.

A beautiful lake side home!

The house is very beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The view of the lake is amazing, we even got to enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake! The host was easily reachable, and was very helpful with all our queries! Thanks for a great stay! :)

So quiet and quaint

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We had such a relaxing time and the lake was so quiet and perfect for our boat. The place was very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The only thing missing is a peeler. The master bedroom bed is very comfy, and I loved having my own “changing room” next door. The other room was very large and spacious, but the bed size was bit tricky for 2, teenage boys. The air mattress deflated each night, so you might need a new one. They figured it out and we had a great time. The main bathroom was spacious, very clean and had everything you need. The views are gorgeous and visiting Hammondsport and Penn Yan was fun. Nichole answers my questions immediately and was very helpful. We can’t thank you enough for letting us use your place and we will be back again!

An Ahhhhmazing Relaxing Vacation

This property was everything we could have wanted and more. We were originally supposed to stay one week, then it turned into two. The cleanliness, the amenities, the beds, they were all top-notch. We truly relaxed for two weeks. The outdoor area had shade, the water was clean, and docking our jet skis (usually a hassle) has never been easier. Jamie and Nicole your house is absolutely wonderful, we will be coming back for many relaxing vacations.
