We had a wonderful two day stay and we would select it again when we go to Bradenton. The sounding neighbor is quiet and attractive. The unit was very clean - great kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Disappointed after staying here last year. Pics on VRBO are no longer accurate. Decor has been removed. Furniture changed. Bed absolutely terrible. Some electrical plugs did not work including the one in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the living room. TV in living room disconnected from Internet frequently. Host did not provide code timely. Washing machine did not work properly. Pros were a side by side fridge with ice and water in the door. Desk has been added. Shower is wonderful. Great location.

Cleanliness

We love staying at the property. There were a couple things that are definitely overlooked. The Keurig water container was blackened with mold? Also the sink had dried up food under the strainers. As well as being stained brown, cleaned that up with sos pads I picked up. The bathroom sink has toothpaste spit on it and was black and sooty where the water came out of the faucet. Same with the kitchen sink faucet. I felt as if these issues need to be looked at closely when the cleaning is being done in the units. Other than that our stay was absolutely satisfying

Super satisfied!

The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. So enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffee and evening cocktail. The back patio was a treat to get out of the sun. Their was more in the cottage then we expected . Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stau

Beautiful area close to Riverwalk, peaceful and quiet. Very nice accommodations, clean and cozy. Loved the decor...and small touches like the Keurig. Very easy communication with host. Would love to stay there again!!

Riverfront Cottage

Great place, very clean, nice neighborhood, all in all a great place. Our only recommendation is more comfortable living room furniture. the bedside lights on the wall either did not work or we didn't figure out how to turn them on?

We stayed for a quick weekend, in town for a wedding. The property is BETTER and more spacious than pictures make it seem. Very clean and well stocked for our stay! Great location. Thanks again!

Clean and comfy!

This unit was very clean and comfortable for the whole family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beachfront and riverfront as well as the cozy and private atmosphere. I would certainly recommend this unit to others.
