Private Modern RV!

Get cozy and settle into this beautiful space. Brand new 2021 RV. 2 bed, 1 bath, king size bed in main bedroom, couch pulls out to a queen bed in living room. Great for a quick get away weekend, or a quiet space for travelers. Plenty of space to relax. Great for short term stay and long term basic stay if you’re okay with not using a stove or oven!
NO CLEANING FEE as long as the place is kept clean!
Rv is located on family property behind the main house. Will have to walk in grass. Guests park on the right side of the driveway of the main house and walk around to the backyard to access RV.
Access to the whole rv, patio, outside fridge, backyard.
Family property does have cats and a dog who roam the property. ALL animals are friendly or shy, none dangerous. Might come up to you for a petting. No use of stove or oven.

We took our grandkids on the North Pole Express in Parrish and needed a place to spend the night so we wouldn't have to drive over an hour home. This place was perfect! Clean, convenient and accommodating. Thank you!

This was my first time staying in an RV, and I’ve always wanted to try it! This one was perfect — modern, super clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. There were wine glasses, cups, dishes, utensils, bottled water in the fridge, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The A/C worked great, and it was so peaceful and quiet.Felicia, the host, was very nice and welcoming. The neighborhood is lovely and feels safe. Parking was easy — right on the main driveway — and the RV is located behind the house. They even had Roku, so I could watch Netflix, Hulu, or whatever I wanted.The whole experience was perfect and fit my budget really well. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Bradenton!

You cannot cook, due to propane safety concerns. This was not explained upfront. The light switch breakers were off. Owner had to come and fix. Blamed me. Owners husband ran weed blower till 9pm He also runs power tools in the garage in the earlier AM. Owner never introduced herself or said welcome to my back yard. This is much more like a sleep over than a hotel It was clean, and in a good location for Tampa or sarosota. The price was excellent. Her binder of rules should be available on expedia before you rent . Bathroom and bedroom were clean and well stocked. Parking is in issue. If both RVs are rented..

Great Place

My Grandson and me always go to Bradenton Sports Park to see this event every year. This Camper fit the bill perfectly. It was a short trip to the Speedway. It was very clean and comfortable. Felicity could not have been more accommodating and friendly. You really Can't go wrong renting this RV. Just don't do it during the first week in February as we will be coming back. Thanks for a great place at a great price.
