Inside, you’ll find an updated living space, full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a shared balcony, and a partial canal view from the living area. Two shared kayaks are also available for guests who want to get out on the water.

The space
Each bedroom has one queen bed. The living room couch can sleep one person.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire condo, along with access to the shared balcony and the property’s shared outdoor and waterfront areas.

Other things to note
Manatees are frequent visitors to this quiet end of the canal. Sightings are never guaranteed, but guests often spot them behind the property.
