This spacious home boasts 2422 square-feet of luxurious one level floor. Completely remodeled home, high end finishes such as terrazzo floors, granite counters, and high quality flooring throughout, nothing has been overlooked. A short drive to some of the most popular destinations in the country:

Attention: If you’re looking for a party house, please DO NOT BOOK. Home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and we monitor noise levels. There is no street parking and there is a 10 pm Quiet Time. Property is a great fit for family vacations.

Fully equipped with beautiful kitchen utensils. Kitchen is open to the rest of the living space ready to create new memories with your loved ones!
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and brand new center island.

Plenty of place settings includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank so when it becomes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Outdoor table w/ 8 chairs and Sitting Area by the Pool.

Poolside Furniture: 4 Lounge chairs and shade umbrella overlooking the pool. Table w/ 8 chairs. Outside Sitting area; total areas seat up to 18.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($140/wk), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Climate controlled 5 car garage includes game room and workout area with free weights 30lbs or less. Use weights at your own risk!

Property is pretty great and group/family friendly. While the surrounding neighborhood doesn't have the best aesthetic, this particular property is clean, well-maintained, great amenities and perfect for a group of 10-12 (or a few more). Our group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids - had plenty of room and beds. I like the 3 bedrooms with king beds for the adults and the bunk room for the kids, which can easily sleep 6 kiddos with the 4 bunks and the king bed.The game area/garage is great as the kiddos can get out some energy when it's hot or rainy and not sit on their electronics all day.The bathrooms are good. I say good not great as 2 of the king bedrooms need to share a bathroom, or one would have to walk through the kitchen/living room to the bathroom. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.The kitchen is well equipped. While the ice maker in the fridge wasn't working, there was a separate ice maker on the counter that was more than adequate for our group.There are enough pots and pans to make pretty much anything you wish.The laundry setup is nice and works well, just note that it is right outside one of the bedrooms and isn't enclosed if you have a light sleeper in the far back bedroom and are doing laundry in the evening.Overall we were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book again. If you do have any questions, the host is VERY RESPONSIVE. We didn't have any "issues", just questions, but even then the responses were very quick.

Love this house and Owners

I just want to say how much I loved this house. Clean and had everything we needed and more! The kids loved the pool also all the games and pool activities. It was a huge house on a road all by itself which made it comfortable as to not worry about my kids playing and being loud. Andrew was one of the nicest people I have ever met he answer every time I called or text. I actually felt bad because he works , also has little ones and his wife had a emergency while we were there which left him taking care of everything so that was really impressive to me that he could be so busy and still have time and be kind also helpful. I also didn’t understand the garbage until it was too late, they put the cans all the way down to the corner of the road by a gate and the blue bins ended up being placed across the street which we didn’t know belonged to our house we were staying at! Apparently the recycling truck does that and the garbage trucks don’t come up the road. Other than the garbage we had zero issues! There you can be yourselves and relax we barely even went to the beaches. We actually visited Anna, Lido and Siesta Key Beaches they all are beautiful but Anna is my favorite! Leave early and traffic is easy if you we got there in twenty minutes! I knew this coming here so it wasn’t a problem so it’s funny that others complained about this when it had nothing to do with the house. Very nice trip will be back we all loved this house. Now I know don’t have to bring anything with us

Nice house, long way from the beach

The house was nice, accommodates a large family with lots of sleeping space, but not a lot of square footage so it gets a little tight. You are only 10-15 miles from the beach, but that can take up to an hour, depending on traffic. The welcome book says that the pool boy will come on Tuesday. Lucky for us he came right as we were getting in the pool and we had to be out for an hour. Once we got in the pool, the lawn maintenance showed up, without warning. Overall, a nice stay, but next time we will opt for a location closer to the beach.

Spacious, Well-Stocked Home – Great for Large Groups coming in for a wedding!

"Wonderful place to accommodate a large group (18) for a wedding in Sarasota! The home was very clean, with sophisticated showers and a luxurious master bath. It was well-stocked with everything needed for a large gathering. The pool was a great size, and the property had plenty of space for multiple cars. While the location itself wasn’t the most appealing, it still felt safe, and once on the property, it didn’t take away from the experience. The description and pictures were spot on—no surprises! I also appreciated the clear and easy departure instructions. Overall, a great stay!"

Large family retreat

The house is large and can sleep many people. The owner is excellent. We had a few minor issues (broken coffee pot and pool heat) and he took care of us right away. We spent a lot of time in the pool.

Hidden getaway

Great facilities, with a pool, BB Courts, plenty of room to move inside &’out ! Big House lots of showers & plenty of Beds available. Everything that you need. We brought laundry detergent, Dawn, toilet paper & left a bunch, however you do Not have to bring it’s all there ! Great set up and just like home except way more parking available. Great choice & yes would do it again !’

Great family time

Our family spent spring break here, and it was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and we had enough room to spread out and enjoy being together. Our host was great when we had trouble accessing the property, responding quickly to get us in. Great kitchen to cook together in, plenty of beach towels for all, and washer and dryer were brand new. Overall, a great vacation!

Bradenton Training Camp IMG

The house was perfect for us because we had a large and diverse group staying in Bradenton for a training camp at IMG. We were 9 adults and a 1 year old baby staying at the house and there was plenty of space to allow us all to enjoy 2 weeks there without a problem. One athlete stayed in the separate air-conditioned garage and each of the couples had their own room in the house. Having 4 bathrooms made life much easier too! The house, and especially the kitchen, is very well appointed, with all new appliances.The neighbourhood doesn't look like much but it was very quiet and accessible, and the outdoor areas are well maintained. The house had a few issues when we first arrived, the pool was murky and cold, the thermostat didn't work and the back doorknob fell off. But Andrew was excellent and responded immediately to our calls and had workers there within hours to solve all the problems. It is always comforting to know that the owner is right on top of things! Overall I would recommend this house to anybody with a large group, especially if they had children or business at IMG.

Our family absolutely loved this home. The amenities were great the neighborhood was quiet and the location was good as well. The owners thought of everything and made our stay really feel like home. I would highly recommend this property for large families as it was very accommodating and spacious. Me and my family look forward to staying at this property again in the future. Excellent and beautiful home.

We were 12 family members , from age 7 to 73 years old. Every body love the house . All the little details in each room and the entire house. The play room that was fantastic for the kids ‘cause when it was raining they will be playing and continue to enjoy the fun . The kitchen make us feel like we were home . They have everything that you need to used to cook or bake . The electronics are pretty new and modern. The washer and dryer is a huge help ‘cause we din’t have to worry about the clothes been wed or smali for the next day . The only little thing I didn’t enjoy so much was the sun by the pool that there’s no Roof to cover your self when you are not in the pool and setting down under the sun of Florida at 98 degrees is not so much fun . Other than that it was Perfect and for sure we will love to stay there once again .

Perfect rental for a family vacation

We had the best family vacation at this property! We had 4 families stay here very comfortably. Everything we needed was already in the house. The house was stunning! The pool was a ton of fun! Close to stores and restaurants, short drives to local beaches. We had the absolute best time. The next time we’re in The Bradenton/Sarasota area I’m definitely looking up this property first :)

Beautiful, spacious property

From the moment we turned onto the street this property was on we knew we made a good choice. The outside is nicely landscaped and there is plenty of outdoor space for activities. The pool area was fantastic and had plenty of room for our large group. There was even a a pop-up awning provided for our more sun-sensitive people. The house itself was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of places to sleep and enough bathrooms that the 12 of us never had to wait for one. The "game room" is a converted, air-conditioned garage with a foosball table, table tennis table, TV and Wii console. There was also a weight set and refrigerator. This was a perfect space for the group to escape the warm Florida weather and still be active. The only issue we had was with one of the thermostats when we first arrived but the property manager was very helpful and was able to resolve it remotely within 10 minutes of us letting him know! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for large groups or smaller groups that just want a lot of space.

Three families came together to stay here and visit various beaches. The host was responsive and attentive. The house was laid out perfectly for everyone to feel comfortable and get good rest. There are four bedrooms with four king sized beds. The listing says it, but then part of the listing is then unclear, but rest assured that there is plenty of space. Plenty of towels were available, there is beach gear, too (chairs, canopy, insulated food bag). We visited Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Manasota Key, and Fort Desoto.

Wonderful home!

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for extended family. There is a ton of things to keep the kids busy. Everything and I mean everything was included. It was great!

Amazing vacation home!!!!!

We booked this property for a cousin vacation which was 5 couples and 2 children. We chose to book with Andrew due to the amount of private rooms and bathrooms the home provided. We also chose it because of the close proximity to Anna Maria Island where our grandmother stays. At first driving to the property we were a little apprehensive because you drive through a pretty run down area but this home is tucked back on the street and is very secluded. The pictures does NOT do this property justice. There is ample room for multiple couples to have ample privacy with comfortable king size beds and TVs in every room. One of the rooms has a dining area/lounge attached to it. There are games and TV in this room. It was perfect for the morning to keep the children occupied and quiet for the other couples to sleep in. It was also amazing to see that a crib and pack and play was available for use and made sleeping arrangements easy for our 1 year old. I have never seen a rental with as many amenities as Andrew provides. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for preparing meals which is not something I have seen with other rentals. To top off the property there is an amazing pool area with plenary of seating and propane grill. Honestly I could go on and on about this property, but I suggest if it is available the week you are looking that you book it. The house is immaculate and Andrew is very helpful and quick to respond with anything you may need.

Perfect for large family.

We had a group of 12, consisting of 4 generations. There was enough space and beds for everyone. Loved the pool, game room, and basketball net. Liked having a TV in every room. Host was quick to respond to messages and resolve issues. Overall, great property.
