Welcome to Hip Nautic—your peaceful island retreat just a block from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of world-renowned Anna Maria Island. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a small family escape, Villa 2 is thoughtfully designed for easy, breezy beach living.
This bright and coastal-inspired ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to four, with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a full-sized pullout sofa in the living area. The sparkling eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, essential pantry items, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at home.
We’ve stocked Villa 2 with everything you need for a no-fuss beach vacation—plush Turkish beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided for your convenience. Fire up the propane grill in the backyard for a sunset barbecue, then unwind with an evening swim in the semi-private heated pool, exclusive to guests of Villas by the Sea.
Step outside and let island life take over. From breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in brilliant color, to dolphin-watching cruises, paddleboarding adventures, and fishing charters, Anna Maria Island is full of unforgettable experiences. Prefer to keep it simple? Spend the day beachcombing, riding bikes along the coast, or savoring fresh seafood from one of the island’s iconic eateries.
Located just two blocks from the Historic Bridge Street district, Hip Nautic puts you close to fantastic dining, shopping, and local entertainment—while still giving you a peaceful place to call home.
Additional Info:
Villa 2 includes one dedicated parking space at the front of the property and private rear access to the shared pool area.
Your total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and a damage waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage (when reported prior to checkout), eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was just recently renovated. It was in a perfect location just walking distance from the beach. Owner was very nice and just one phone call away if any issues arose. Will definitely come back if available in the future.

It was amazing! Very close to a lot of places and one block away from the beach! A lot of places are walking distance! The owner, Karen is so nice and accommodating! Definitely wanting to come back because everything is just beautiful and relaxing!

First time to area!

Jill and I loved our stay! Karen was such a great communicator throughout the renovation process to assure me things would be just fine when we got there. Turns out they had been fine for about the prior six weeks when her first visitors came in early April.It was in a great spot and within a short walk of Bridge Street and many other great spots. We hope to be back again in the near future!

Beautiful little Gem

Karen and James are wonderful host’s! This little gem is so well appointed with everything you need for a nice vacation.It is walking distance to many bars , shops and restaurants and the beaches there across the street are beautiful.

Wonderful place

The place was newly renovated and in perfect condition. Besides that the apartment was furnished and decorated with great attention to and love for detail. You feel welcome and right at home - and not just like another guest in just another hotel room. Communication was excellent. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

Awesome rental property!

A wonderful property in a wonderful location. Everything was as described, super clean and perfectly located. Great swimming pool steps outside our bedroom. One very minor issue was taken care of immediately. Karen is extremely quick to respond and a super host. We highly recommend the property!

I had a perfect stay. The condo feels like a home away from home, decorated with attention to details and it had everything I needed available from all kitchen items to beach essentials. Very clean and cozy. The location was perfect - walkable to restaurants, cute stores and beach.The hosts were super responsive when I texted a few times wirh questions. I will be back!

The shining light in the storm!

What was supposed to be a short flight from StL to the island ended up being a 2 day drive due to the issues with flights all over the country. When I knew we wouldn't make it to check in that night, Karen immediately offered to shift our booking and allowed us to extend our stay an extra night. When we arrived after 2 days of driving, we were so pleasantly surprised with the location and the comfort of her home! It was super clean, perfect for what we needed, AND given the fact we had no time to stop at a grocery store, there was coffee and filters already there for us to have the following morning. AND it was the kind we drink! Karen kept in touch with us the entire time offering her assistance in any way she could because of the issues we had with travel. Her home had everything we needed and again, the location was perfect! We even had time to enjoy the pool outback which was beautiful! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen's home to anyone, she is a perfect hostess!

Great spot!!!

This place was perfect for a long weekend get away. Karen is very accommodating and we’ll definitely be back. The location was perfect and she had everything we needed for the beach, etc. Also, the coffee situation was on point and the AC works very well. You also walk right out your bedroom door to a cute little pool if you don’t feel like going to the beach! Thanks for having us!

Amazing place

Prime location. Walk to everything. Beautifully updated with everything you need. We enjoyed the small pool out back when not at the beach. They have thought of everything, including a beach bag and a cooler.

Great location, nice home from home stay.

The property included everything we needed and was in a great location. Karen was an excellent host and answered any query in a prompt manner. The were a couple of minor elements I'd highlight (1) was the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable (2) the pool was heated and was too warm to use and (3) it was a bit of an ordeal gathering enough quarters to use the washer and dryer so knowing it was coin operated in advance would have been a help. Thanks for helping us enjoy a wonderful week on the island.

April Girl's long weekend getaway

Stayed 4/26-4/29 (2024) (Fri-Mon) and loved it so much. We had a great stay and the condo was perfect. Cute, clean, great location! Easy, close walk to beautiful beach and excellent restaurant one block away and two block walk to Bridge street with all the shops, bars and more restaurants. Loved the small pool and the backyard. Had breakout and coffee out there every morning. It was the perfect little getaway and the hosts were great and non-intrusive. I actually would not have minded a text to check in to see how we were doing. Beach chairs are provided which is great. The ONLY thing I would suggest to change going forward would be to replace the beach chairs and get better ones. They were very small (narrow), unstable and seemed old. But that is a minor blip. Everything else was just great, highly recommend!!
