We are pleased to announce that our Beach House beachfront condo is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected.

A Beach Dream #5 ~ Location, Location, location is what this dreamy, newly refreshed, beach-front bungalow style condo is all about! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door!

A Beach Dream #5 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for a couple or small group of 4 that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large smart flatscreen TV, and a full tub/shower combo. After soaking up the legendary sunsets, make way to the communal jacuzzi with therapeutic jets, your muscles will thank you later.

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on down to the North End or cast a line on the AMI City Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #5!”

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House also offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use.

The condo is located within 50 feet of the Gulf of America. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. This condo has Smeg appliances! Great quality sheets and the most comfortable vrbo bed ive slept in for a while. The location is a brief walk to restaurants and boutiques. Great seafood at the Oyster Bar. The spa pool is saltwater, warm and relaxing with a cocktail. The washer and dryer are full size withroom to brie

This place is very clean. Cute beach decor. Small but comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Walk out the door onto the beach. Two good restaurants in easy walking distance. We will be going back.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here for the week. If you enjoy staying right on the beach and walking to area shops and restaurants this is a great place! If you do not want to walk you can catch a ride on the trolley which takes you anywhere on the island. Very clean, fun location. It was small, but perfect for the two of us. Beautiful sunsets and lots of walks on the beach. Highly recommend!

Condo on beach was super well equipped, clean and new. Perfect for a couple's stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided and were in very good shape. Though the space was small, it is designed for optimal use of space. We enjoyed our week!

The condo is just perfect for 2 people!! We stayed 4 nights and saw dolphins from our balcony on 3 of those days! This bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and a fun bag of snacks on counter to welcome us. Condo is on 2nd floor, so you do have to go up and down steps to get to parking, laundry, and beach. Love the decor and views!! Would definitely stay here again!! The weather was perfect during our stay. Such a neat island! The restaurant right beside the condo is delicious also!

This unit is on the second floor, with unobstructed views of the Gulf. Absolutely great views and a nice, clean beach. Walking distance to Bridge Street shops and the marina. Very short walk to Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Beach House. Location is fantastic. Interior is remodeled and clean. 4 vs. 5 start overall review: the balcony is shared, with neighboring units, so lack of privacy. The bedroom door is located so that it is difficult to get into bathroom and frig. Pool was closed.

We were pleasantly surprised upon check in. It was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location for 2. Everyone nearby was so nice, couldn't beat the closeness to the beach and THOSE SUNSETS. We miss it already! Would recommend anyone to stay here, and will probably return in the future as well!

We had an excellent time here. The condo is clean, with nice modern decor and equipped with all you need to cook. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. This area was hit very hard by the Hurricanes and this is one of the only few places open on the beach. The building is still under repair and pool is not open. It wasn’t a big deal to us. Also just note the area is still recovering but places are opening. Overall great vacation!

We have been coming to AMI for past few years, usually twice a year. We live in a small town that was hit in 2021 by a large tornado that completely demolished out downtown. It is now 2024 and our town is still missing most of the downtown area. To come to AMI and see all the progress that has been made in a few weeks was AMAZING. It goes to show the locals care about their town. We love AMI and will be coming for years to come. The condo we stayed in was WONDERFUL!! Perfect location, clean, and we love staying on the beach.

Great place right on the water and next door to a great beachfront restaurant. Food and service were excellent. The rental is small but of high quality. Definitely not for more than two people. but the view and breeze are fantastic. The location is great and the water was wonderful.

This was the perfect little 5 day getaway. I think this was the perfect location and perfect condo on the whole island. Just walk out door and down a few steps and you are on the beach. No hassles with parking or lugging chairs and stuff to the beach! Everything we needed was right there. Restaurants were within walking distance. The condo was spotless and had it all including a magnificent view!
