If I could add a sixth star I would. The Totally Beachin Property was an incredible experience for my wife and I and guests. Sally and the AMI Property management team went above and beyond during our entire stay. Their follow up and support made our experience a memory that our group will never forget. Bring your bathing suits. The pool and hot tub were awsome. For all of you review readers, book this property, you will not be disappointed.

Super clean rooms, beautiful short walk to the beach with incredible restaurants and shops within walking and driving distance. Stayed with my closest girlfriends for my golden birthday and wouldn’t change anything!!!

Beautiful House

The house was exactly as posted. It was very clean and felt “homey”. The only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. We had someone come out to turn on hot tub heater and the next day the entire pool became just as hot. We called again and were told it was due to outside temperature. This was not the case due to neighbors pool being much cooler.

Family time

We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed time spent at the pool. The location of the house was easy to walk to the beach and some great local restaurants. Would highly recommend booking this home. Only had three beach chairs so would definitely recommend renting chairs and umbrella. If we stayed longer would definitely get the golf cart, very convenient for getting around.

Absolutely stunning house! Decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, porch is amazing, location is great and pool/spa is perfect!! Best house we have ever stayed in! Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Amazing home in a great location.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Totally Beachin. House is open concept, clean and looks recently updated. The pool was a welcome spot for us to cool off after a day at the beautiful beach just a five minute walk away. Front porch faces east and has amazing sunrises. My only suggestion is to add a Kuerig to the kitchen.

We loved our stay!

Spent 5 nights here recently with my husband and daughter and all 3 of us loved the house & location. The property managers were great with communication and were very helpful getting us any info we needed. When we arrived the place was spotless and looked better than the pics posted (I felt it was more spacious in person). Tons of towels, beach cart, chairs, bikes, umbrella and buckets. The location and neighborhood was perfect, it was a quick walk to the beach (which was beautiful). We highly recommend it.

Property was just like the pictures and descriptions. It is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to beach. Positives: The TV by the pool was great, the kitchen was nice and open, plenty of towels, comfortable sitting area, clean and nice bathrooms, lots of beach chairs and AMI locals were very responsive (even during tropical storm when power was lost) Negatives: There was one bike that was not usable due to handlebars coming off and the BBQ was not usable until the last day bc grill was rusted. Overall a very nice place, would stay again.

Not my definition of luxury…

The house was in very poor condition in our opinion. I know a lot of people’s opinion varies but to us, luxury doesn’t equal torn up walls with dings, dents, missing paint, scuffs… master bedroom shower door made a terrible sound every time you opened and closed it, hallway bathroom’s shower handle was holding on by a thread and incredibly loose. Floor grout was supposed to be a light color in the hallway bathroom but was black from dirt. Dishwasher made a horrible sound and the door on it was incredibly crooked- not sure if that was the cause of the sound. No vacuum or cleaning spray available for daily clean-up. Kitchen utensils very sparse. Dryer took 2 to 3 60+ minute cycles to even begin to dry- not large loads/ just normal. One of the bicycles provided had broken handlebars/basket so was unusable. House is pet friendly which is great, but outside Astro turf is urine soaked and stinks while you’re trying to enjoy the pool. Master bedroom was missing the remote for the fan. Other two bedrooms had remotes. There is a large shelf above the bed in hallway bedroom; was covered in extensive standing and obvious dust upon our arrival. Had to wipe it down before unpacking. Just not a well-maintained property that is cared about. We have stayed in much nicer for much less money. Would not describe this property as luxurious at all. Walk to the beach was fine. Location was fine. There is construction all around it. 2 empty lots being worked on right behind.

Good location

Good location we had a ok stay. We wanted some rest and were not aware of the new construction behind this home. We were woken every morning at 630 to 7 am by heavy equipment moving dirt. And a beep beep beep all day long even while sitting by pool. I wish they would let you know of this happening so we could have made other arrangements. We learned our lesson and will be asking next time. We know they cant control construction but they can let us know its happening right behind the master bedroom. The kids slept in they were not right next to it. Other than that its a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal at the Sandbar the last night we were there. We liked visuting the various piers and shops around the island. Once again there are different sections you can explore and go to for this. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider going again down the road.

Almost perfect

House and photos as described. Could use some fresh paint. Hoped we would have had checkin procedures and information earlier than right at 4p check in time. This would have been helpful when opening the door to alarms 🚨 going off, and to only find, we had to disengage the front door alarm at each entry & exit. Note; the garage is located on the backside on a tiny road. The house seemed pretty clean but floors & couches could use a deep clean, maybe even air fresheners in the house. Kitchen tools good for basic cooking. Towels & pillows abundant. Nice to have bathroom for each bedroom. Pool & yard kept. A foot wash or hose would be a great option to have as you entered the gates or garage. Great sand equipment and water toys, bring your own beach toys, board and kid games. The bikes were so fun, we used them each evening for dinner or sunset rides to the beach. New batteries were needed for the front door and those were replaced quickly. This was a great house and great location for your easy beach vacation.

Perfect spot for a family of 5.

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys (9, 6, 2) for their school break. The house was absolutely perfect- great layout, beautifully designed and appointed, immaculately clean, and conveniently located. stunning beach access is just around the corner, and we all loved hanging out in the heated pool and hot tub, both of which get ample shade during the day! We were sad to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’ve already sent the listing to 4 of my friends!
